Algood would of got the roadside cover solely for towing in emergency, but when I asked if I would get vehicle towed home got told it to the nearest safest point eg Petrol station mechanics, like what am I going to do there get more petrol for my knackered . vehicle lol especially since I use it in the weekend like who going be there Casper. Price was good, but like with any insurance you get its when something goes wrong is the True test on the company

Excellent customer service. This is the 2nd policy I’ve taken out for my classic car and Motorhome. Policy wording is clear and concise and ability to have monthly premium makes matters easier as a retired couple on superannuation. Must make special mention of the communication with your lady consultant who was very pleasant and on the ball. Answered all my questions promptly and clearly.

Excellent company - very easy to deal with. We haven’t had need to make a claim - hopefully we never do, so that will be the real test , but dealings so far have been very positive.
