We had chef Tommaso and he was amazing we had fun and laughed and learned so much! I will definitely be coming back and also be making pasta at home !

Had no information to say order had been delivered and after speaking with customer care team, it turns out it was left on a random table in the lobby of my building! Only contact with driver was a voicemail with no information and parcel not there when searched for only hours later so no pasta for me :( update: a delivery was now scheduled for today so I made arrangements to be in to collect the parcel from the driver, but this has now been changed to be delivered tomorrow when I am unavailable , so the parcel will now be unable to be delivered as a flat number was not listed on the order due to the assumption that I would be around to collect the parcel

Literally the best Pasta I have ever had! Everything is so delicious. I love that some of their desserts always come in glass containers, such a sustainable option! I always keep and reuse them. I also ordered the cookbook as a Christmas present for my sister. It was such a big hit!

Time and time again they simply cannot deliver when they say they are going to. Basically you cannot ever eat the pasta on the day it is meant to arrive whether you are on a subscription or buying on a one time basis. FOUR or five times I have ordered over the past year and a half and it is never EVER delivered on time. Arrives at 10 o'clock at night when its been in the van all day.... and when I'm desperate to go to bed...why oh why can they not get this right?....

This has to be one of the best food delivery companies I have tried. The quality is superb as is the choice. Fresh and tasty every time and the customer communication is also excellent. Thoroughly recommend to every one.

Recipes are not as good as they used to be a couple of years ago and pasta rather quite starchy but the recipes are interesting and seldom found in other places. It comes in a nice packaging and the instruction couldn't be easier.

It was one of the best restaurants that I have come across in London, also amazing service, as I got a free cake and drink. Definitely recommend you!

Incredibly happy I found this company. Their dishes are superb quality and extremely tasty. Better than any of the multinational Italian restaurants from the comfort of home. They may seem slightly on the pricey side, but you get good large portions. This also includes delivery - I mean how much does a deliveroo cost? Incredibly fresh and excellent quality. Most dishes only take 5 minutes from start to finish. With little to no washing up after. Their lasagne is fantastic, I am officially a convert! I was originally only going to have menus delivered in January to give myself a brea after Christmas, however I’ve already completed my February orders! 😂 I did contact customer service as I needed to change my delivery day last minute. Catt assisted me, she was knowledgable and listened to me. The delivery day was changed in flash, no fuss, no huffing. The usual can’t be bothered attitude was nowhere to be seen. Catt went above and beyond. I have issues with a harassing neighbour at the moment; Catt understood my predicament and sympathetically helped. I’m a tough customer to impress when it comes to service, having worked in this sector previously myself. Catt did not fall short of my high and exacting standards, in fact she is the epitome of ideal customer service. Thank you Pasta Evangelists, you have made my life so much easier and filled it with flavour!

We have tried pasta evangelists at home meals for a number of months now and we have only really enjoyed the beef shin lasagne. We recently tried the beef shin ragu and felt it really had no flavour (not the first time). It’s really disappointing because we had a fantastic experience at the pasta making class, and would love to keep up our subscription but don’t feel the food is up to standard.

Sadly it’s cheaper to order a quality takeaway now and not use pasta evangelists. Great reply below. Shows you how much attention they paid to my comments. And now they have put prices up again and call it a delivery fee. . Way to expensive now.

Received a gift voucher for a Christmas present and duly went online to order to the amount of £50. Surprised when I received an email saying I needed to enter a payment card for my order to processed. Rang customer service and was told unfortunately this was a requirement , but would definitely not be added to an automatic subscription model . Rather annoyed to receive an email saying the my next subscription box would be delivered next week. Following another call to customer service was told I could cancel my subscription at any time - rather missing the point - as I never wanted a subscription in the first place. Haven’t tried the past yet - but even if it is sublime won’t be ordering more from this company. They have managed to turn a lovely gift idea into a complete hassle .

Sadly gone down hill from what it used to be... We have been customers for over a year and a half and initially were very happy but over the last 6 months the service and food is just not as good as it was. I have provided feedback but never get anything other than a boiler plate response saying that the feedback has been passed on to the chef. My issues are very limited choice for Vegetarians - dishes are now predominantly Vegan and those which are not often only have the option of Gluten Free Pasta (and the Pasta Evangelists Gluten Free is not good). I have provided feedback suggesting that they provide an option to select either regular or gluten free pasta which is more inclusive for all and doesnt seem to be a difficult change to make. I also notice that cheese provided is now a lot less and little items like basil leaves etc no longer provided. Some dishes that were very popular have been discontinued which is a shame. I can only assume this is all down to cost. It would be nice to see a company like this take on board feedback rather than ignore it and lose customers. I now struggle to find a dish to choose

A fun beginners pasta class. We made some great pasta which was cooked and served to us in a delicious sauce. Roberta is a great teacher and kept the class informative and light hearted. No stress for you or the pasta! Highly recommended.

The Pasta Evangelist team were very friendly, especially head Chef. Me and my partner did the beginners pasta course and had a great time!! I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends and Family. A real fun experience for all!!
