I was given a gift of a voucher for this food delivery service. What can I say, beautiful pasta dishes, so tasty and feel just like homemade. Would highly recommend. Also when recently I needed to use their customer service, this was also outstanding, the response was so quick and personal Vera was an absolute star and so very patient, she sorted everything out for me! Thank you giving such a great service!

I'm really impressed with the service at Pasta Evangelists, the quality is amazing and when I had a minor issue recently it was resolved very quickly.

Ordered for delivery on 11th January. Tracking info showed that on 11th January the parcel was in Yodel’s National Hub. So I emailed Pasta Evangelists to ask if they could look into this, using the email address that appears so many times in their responses to bad reviews on this site. No response! 12th January I looked at Yodel tracking to learn that the parcel is being returned to sender. I emailed Pasta Evangelists at same email address to request a refund, No response. No apology. No pasta! Cancelled subscription plan. Pasta Evangelists will probably respond to this review asking me to email them!

Love the pasta from pasta evangelists especially the carbonara of dreams! What’s more the service you receive when you have a query or issue is fantastic. Joyce was especially quick to respond when I had an issue and resolved it immediately. This is by far my favourite meal box service and makes for a lovely treat!

I recently came across this company via Deliveroo and decided to order some food directly from them to prepare myself at home. Personally I prefer to get the food already prepared via Deliveroo instead of cooking it myself. The food itself is absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend for anyone who loves pastas.

Having initially submitted a highly negative review because of my original experience with my first Pasta Evangelists' dish, I decided to give it another try. I've updated this review on the basis of the customer service I've received from Pasta Evangelists' response to my earlier negative review. They went out of their way to put things right. I decided to give it another try and I'm so happy I did. It must have been a bad batch the first time. Whatever, the pasta I've just eaten was terrific and the sauce had great depth of flavour. And if you still have space left for dessert, try the tiramisu. One of the best I've ever had.

We love the pasta from Pasta Evangelists. We used to live in Italy, and we feel like that we are transported back there with every order. So much "Italian food" in other countries doesn't taste "Italian" at all, but this is the real thing. We have also had instant responses to any issues we have brought up with them. Keep up the good work, and keep those authentic flavours of Italy coming to us.

I am Italian and can say that the food is very authentic and very good quality. The service is amazing always quick to respond and very accomodating to any changes . This was a gift but happy kept it going
