Don't get this as a one off gift. Pasta didn't show up. Juding by the other bad reviews, it'll probably be difficult for me to get my money back. Wish I'd stayed away as it's ruined a Christmas virtual dinner with a loved one in the UK (I'm in Australia). Obviously it's an ongoing problem with Yodel the courier service but this company continues to use them. My parcel was out for delivery then suddenly went missing halfway through (probably stolen by driver). Pasta Evangelists were notified by Yodel yet never contacted me. I have emailed and expect a full refund ASAP.

Great food, excellent customer service

We have been eating pasta evangellists boxes for a few years now and they never disappoint! The first time I tried their stuffed pasta I was in heaven, it tastes like a five star restaurant, brought to your own home. It is much better than a takeaway! Vera also helped us when our desserts did not travel well and they sorted us out. Excellent customer service too.

I took my mum who visited me in London to beginners class with Chef Roberta, she is so wonderful and full of passion. Pasta was wonderful, unlimited Prosecco really made the atmosphere fun, other staff were super helpful and polite. Would recommend to anyone wanting to have some fun in London and amazing date idea!

I’ve tried this company for the second time- this time there are children’s portions which has really helped. The pasta is simply amazing. When an order was delayed through no fault of their own, Vera dealt with the issue immediately and in a friendly manner Thank you 😊

Horrible company to deal with - I restarted a sub, had it set to the old preferences, but they sent the wrong dishes with ingredients we can't eat. Refusing to refund my order even though it went in the bin, and sent the most patronising email imaginable even though their own screengrab showed it was their own error. Unbelievably bad service.

Came for a class with my dad and wow! Excellent experience! Chef Roberta is wonderful and full of passion which really lights up the room and enthuses everyone! Manuela was also excellent and so helpful. Amazing food and excellent service. Thank you!

Excellent company! The food is delicious and simple to cook- makes a great gift or if you fancy a treat at home. I recently ordered for a friends birthday my account- I needed to amend a few things and emailed in. I have a very prompt response and a lady called Joyce answered all my questions and made my amends politely and quickly! Rarely do you get a great product, prompt responses and excellent service especially around December and the busiest time of the year! I’ll be ordering again!!

Amazing value for money, friendly delivery and delicious pasta!

I have ordered a number of times and the food is delicious, it always comes as expected and creates so much ease however I ordered the pasta making out as a present on 18/11/22 and it still hasn’t arrived. I received a follow up email to say it would be with me within 5 days. Three weeks later I chased this up, as it’s a Xmas present m, only to be told it would be with me on the 7th and that there were supplier issues. I emailed yesterday and was advised they would chase this up and get back to me. I have recalled today and spoken to the same person, Catt, who advises that the product is now in stock and would be dispatched ‘shortly’. I lack faith in this now due to the fact it’s been a month tomorrow waiting for an item that should have been delivered in 5 days. I have cancelled the order and won’t use this company again. It is not the service you expect from a premium brand.

Delivery was held up by postal strikes, meaning one meal arrived after its use by date. Didn't feel like eating it as it was a use by date, not a best before. Contacted them and they credited payment value to my account.

I ordered a Prawn and Nduja Ravioli and paid extra for a grande portion along with other orders via Uber Eats. The dish turned up cold, half full, hardly any Nduja which was certainly not spicy despite the symbol on the app page. All round a complete waste of money and poor product.

We tried 3 different pasta dishes, a Ragu /a sausage and fennel in a creamy sauce and we ordered lobster and crab (got substituted). But the flavours were exceptional. The quantities were good.

Useless company. We were given a gift voucher to get some meals as we had a newborn baby but they failed to deliver the pasta on 4 occasions with no real explanation as to why. Was offered store credit which is useless as the pasta never arrives!

The pasta is delicious, and I recently tried one of their desserts which was divine! The customer service is second to none, with any queries or issues sorted very quickly and with a personal touch.

We started ordering pasta during lockdown as a treat/substitute for not going out to restaurants. But we enjoyed it so much we have carried on ordering. Friday night it now known as pasta night now. There is a great choice and variety of flavoursome dishes, that are perfectly portioned. Quick to cook too. Highly recommended.
