Pasta Evangelists provide an excellent service, offering a good variety of freshly prepared pasta dishes, consisting of pasta, a sauce and a garnish, usually grated parmesan, but sometimes pangrattato (seasoned crispy breadcrumbs) or similar, if the dish calls for it Each dish can be ordered as a single or double portion, which is convenient and can be prepared in a matter of a few minutes, following the very easy cooking instructions, printed on the (recycable) packaging. Ordering is simple and intuitive and delivery prompt, with the meals well packaged with ice packs to keep them fresh during transit. Oh, and their customer service is excellent, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and efficient manner. Five stars all round!

Delivery was left on the pavement outside on the street. We live in a flat. Instructions were to buzz our flat which connects to my mobile phone to be let in. If not home, still buzz to be let in and leave at the door on the 1st foor. No call was made to be let in the flat. Instead our food was left outside on the pavement where for example animals urinate. When we called to complain, they disputed our instructions claiming that inside on the doorstep 1st floor meant outside the building (which is physcially impossible let alone inaccurate). Our complaint which is justified was very poorly handled. No apology offered, let alone any form of compensation. We have now cancelled our subcription with immediate effect which we primarly actioned because the complaint was handled so poorly.

I have tried several other meal delivery boxes and Pasta Evangelists is by far the best! The meals are delicious, the website is easy to use, any issues are resolved in a quick manner by customer service. Really delighted with my experience and I have been ordering for 2 years now!

Amazing food, great customer service X

The food I had a was so tasty and easy to cook. I had a couple of issues with my orders (my fault) and the team were so helpful getting these sorted so I could carry on with no fuss.

Love the pasta but was disappointed with the state of todays delivery. I appreciate that the food is still considered good to eat if the chill packs have melted but in this case, they'd soaked through the box which had consequently caved in and was completely open at the bottom. The driver had to pass it over upside down to prevent the contents from falling out. Fortunately this was only a small order. Otherwise, I'm quite sure the box would have completely collapsed. Perhaps the order was just poorly packed on this occasion. Last time it was fine. It is slightly off-putting but again, the food is lovely and I want to be able to support independent retailers like Pasta Evangelists.

Really good pasta and service is excellent. My only criticism is that it would be good to have it on 2 months delivery not weekly up to 4 weeks.

Lots of choices, well packaged, great value for money. Customer service is fabulous - they alerted me about a problem with my parcel delivery before I even realised there was an issue and sorted everything for me! Absolutely fab! Highly recommend!

I've used pasta evangelists for a while and really recommend. The pasta is amazing, it's bit expensive but worth it for a special occasion. The customer service has also been excellent.

Next-day delivery, well packaged, simple to put together, and delicious!

Pasta Evangelist does really good pasta and great array of options to suit all tastes. After having an issue with delivery, their customer service assistant Mae was brilliant and very quick and responsive and even gave me an extra cheesy bread by way of apology. Really happy with their service and quality of food, it’s lovely to have as a treat.

Have used a few of these kind of services before and they've been fine, nothing really special. The quality and taste of the food makes Pasta Evangelists a great place to order from, and I'll be doing so again.

every time I order pasta, I pay extra for the cheese, never once did they give it to me..This is now the 4 time...
