I ordered four times from the company, but never again. The more expensive hamburgers are not made with quality beef. Also, the hamburgers they offer for free are fatty and colorless. The pre-seasoned chicken is over-seasoned, and the size is minuscule for the price. Pork chops were good. Steaks left a lot to be desired. It is a shame, since I enjoyed the fact that everything is packaged nicely. They lost me as a customer.

I had a bad experience with my last order. So this time I purchased what I thought was at the top or near the top - dry-aged prime and very expensive. Tonight we had the first steak from our new order. It was so unappealing my wife thought it must have gone bad. The other steaks in the order I would like to return. If that is not possible, I will throw them away.

I have purchased ribs, steak, roasts, lobster tails and desserts and every order was a wonderful experience. The meat quality of the steaks and roasts were above what my local butcher shop provides. My guests raved about the roasts I've done using Chicago Steak Company products (they are expensive but worth the experience for special occasions). The ribs and desserts were not very unique to comment about, though, so I only ordered them once. Ribs and desserts were very good, but the quality was similar to my local stores and I can get them cheaper locally. My orders have arrived reliably on time and packed very well in dry ice. I received follow up calls from the company to confirm my orders were received and that the quality met my expectations (refreshing and rare to get that level of service).

All items were defrosted. Called and was told if "still cool" OK to refreeze. -which I did. Cooked 1 steak- just fair. Cooked 1-hamburgh -terrible. I threw out all patties. Not a good experience at all..

Our package was as good as you could get in any grocery store - no better. Very disappointed.

I was honestly hoping these burger meat orders would surpass the old Omaha Steaks burgers I used to order. The taste quality appears to be the same.. It seems you must overly season them to get taste. Slightly disappointing.

I did not personally order yet for myself but for my Father getting ready for his annual family reunion. I ordered 1/2 Angus burgers and tenderloin tips which my Dad has already tried and said "best hamburger I have ever eaten". Getting ready to place orders for Father's Day and my hopes are that my father-in-law will be just as thrilled

Grilling all year round has allowed me to become somewhat of an expert over the last 20 years. I have tried many steaks from butcher shops, local markets and mail order. While these steaks are a bit on the expensive side, they are definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend these steaks to all my friends and family.

The meat was great

there was a problem with the delivery of our steaks. Management was very helpful in correcting the problem. Steaks are wonderful and make for a very nice gift that anyone would love.

I ordered some strip steaks as a gift. They loved them and also the seasoning that came with the steaks. As they were such a hit, we ordered a variety of different steaks. These also received rave reviews. Packed well and quick delivery. I'd highly recommend this company and will order again from them.
