United States | 04 April 2016The real deal. My kobe steak burgers are incredible and I'm in the restaurant business. Can't wait to get into those 12oz wagyu rib-eyes. A bit pricey, but well worth it. Don't hesitate. Just order.

United States | 30 March 2016I gave this as a holiday gift to a family member. I received rave reviews and they said everything was excellent. Placing the order was simple and hasslefree and everything was delivered as promised.

United States | 29 March 2016From the product to the customer service I rate it A+! Have ordered many times and never have I been disappointed. Arrives still frozen and I buy just steaks and ribs but plan on purchasing other items in the near future. Can't say enough positive about them.

United States | 18 March 2016I got an e-mail offer from CSC to buy 4 Porterhouse steaks and they would include 4 filet mignons free of charge. The order form was a little confusing and I didn't realize that you had to put in two promo codes. I only put in one, and I didn't get the fillets. The company was very nice about it and they sent me the four fillets and I received them today. I have to say that the steaks were excellent. A little bit of grizzle, but I expected that. They came out very well. I cooked them lightly salted in a cast iron skillet on searing High temperature for only about 2 minutes on each side (I like my steaks somewhere between rare and medium rare.) I put some Worcestershire sauce on them and served them with baked potatoes and I have to say they came out great. A little expensive, but once in a while, I think it is well worth it. I will buy again in the future.

United States | 17 March 2016Great flavor

United States | 16 March 2016The rib eye steaks were great. The Filet, New York strip and flank steak was average.

United States | 12 March 2016Service is great. My order arrived on time and in good shape. However, have yet to try one of the steaks we purchased. More to come.

United States | 07 March 2016This is the second time i have had this experience. My shipment arrived with the container inside the cardboard box busted, no coolant inside and steaks were soft and thawed. this meant lighting the grill and cook. By doing this it kept things salvageable. Just have eat sooner than later. The meat is always great coming from Chicago Steak Company. The shipping company needs to do a better job handling the product or Chicago needs to use thicker containers to handle the treatment in shipping. I have had steak three meals a day for the last couple of days. Not bad, I could get use to this. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my complaint regarding shipping. Thank you, Edd Arnold

United States | 07 March 2016Best steaks (filets) we've ever had. Only issue is your cooking directions. We've found that cooking one side on high heat in a cast iron skillet for 4-5 minutes, then turning and putting them in an oven at 450 for 6 minutes make a perfect restaurant style steak.

United States | 03 March 2016These steaks are nothing like what is described. The cuts are so thin you can't walk away from them for one minute or they are overcooked. The two ribeyes had huge veins of fat and gristle with very little edible meat. The sirloins were tiny 2 inch squares that looked like something left over from butchering. My local market carries steaks many times better quality than these, and cost less. I was so looking forward to these but I won't be ordering again

United States | 29 February 2016Thawed to room temperature , salted, pepper placed on grill, seared 2 min, cooked 5 min each side, for medium rare. Cut with a dinner knife, so tender and had a taste out of this world. Best tasting steak I have ever had in my 67 years.

United States | 27 February 2016Delayed processing of order led to my cancellation which took 15 min on the phone and after 3 days I still don't have my refund.

United States | 26 February 2016This year I sent large packages to 2 families. A couple of years ago, I got a package for myself and several large gifts for others. It was a very good experience.

Robert
United States | 25 February 2016Porterhouse steaks were more like T bone steaks. Not much flavor. I can see why they include a bottle of seasoning.

Pamela
United States | 18 February 2016I made an error when ordering on line and braced myself for difficulties getting it correcyed. I was totally surprised at how helpful the customer service reps were. It was a WOW experience. As expected the steaks were great and melted in our mouths but that service experience was the best surprise.

United States | 18 February 2016The steaks we have purchased were ok. Not the best we've ever had. Even the dry aged ones we bought were just ok. For the price we paid for the steaks we were expecting a more tender and better flavored steak. We've bought some steaks from a local meat market that were not dry aged and they were more tender and had a great flavor.
