Filet mignon should be tender. These were not. Had to pound them to 1/4" thickness and coat with flour to make decent. Might as well have been Salisbury steak.

Love the steaks. The selection is outstanding. Very hard to find steaks of this quality for sale in local stores. Very impressed with the sizes of some of the cuts as well as the aging methods. Customer service has been top quality as well as delivery time. Lots of fun to order and open these steaks when they arrive. I get so excited when my steaks arrive that my head swivels 360 degrees on my neck.

The filets were not as tender or flavor able as I they should be. I also had to trim some white skin off the steaks. They were not fully trimed like the pictures. However, I would buy again. They are the best I have encountered on the Internet,

In 2015 during the Holiday Season I spent a lot of money with Chicago Steak Co placing multiply orders with them for my clients. One order did NOT get delivered to my client and Chicago Steak Co would not even replace the order or give me a refund. I will NOT buy from them again.

We didn't find your prime to be appreciably better than local steaks. Better Yes but not enough to want to re-order at that price. I tried Rastelli and found them better and more flavorful.

Purchased a gift certificate for a Christmas gift - second time we have done this - and once again it was a seamless process and the recipient was pleased with the products they ordered with it!

Easy to order, follow up and delivery on time. Product superior.

We ordered surf and turf from Chicago Steak but the process is not an easy one. We ordered on line and were supposed to get 12 Angus Steak Burgers delivered to the billing address but they never came. When I called to check on the order I was told that they were delivered to the gift recipient instead. I was told that must have been an error on the website even though I have printed verification that the burgers would be shipped to me. I'll just have to take their word for that because I can't really ask my clients if they received the burgers not intended for them.

I order steaks for a giftand the order never shipped. No one at Chicago Steak contacted me and when they never showed up to the person I sent them to I called them. They said they were not in the warehouse so they did not know where they were. They reshipped them and they got there just before Christmas. People I sent them too said they were good but not worth what I paid. Chicago steak gave me a certificate but you can not afford to buy anything with what they gave me. Disappointed and will not do again and would not recommend.

I ordered this gift for my brother-in-law. It arrived fresh, and he was absolutely delighted.

Ordered the in-laws the Holiday gift assortment and added the Maryland Crab Cakes- every time they cooked and ate something I received a phone call telling me how fantastic everything was, the best steak, etc...crab cakes full of lump crab meat. They were so delighted, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Chicago Steak Company in the future knowing whoever receives the gift will not be disappointed.
