some of my steaks had a lot of fatty issues was not happy with them

I bought the same cut of steak from the Chicago Steak Company and another online steak company. There was no comparison. The Chicago Steak Company steaks were tender and flavorful and far superior. I bought another order from Chicago Steak Company and plan to exclusively purchase from them in the future.

The last order i placed and recieved was for big kahuna filets, unbelievable! I have eaten in many steak houses around the country including many in Chicago and these filets matched the best i have had. We eat them along with 12oz lobster tails on superbowl sunday, what a meal. I am watching carefully for these to go back on special. I have told many coworkers of just how good these steaks are from Chicago Steak and that i only order online steaks from Chicago Steak.

I am buying a gift from Chicago Steaks from NZ. The correspondence with Chicago Steak Company was as easy and pleasurable as any I have experienced. The transaction went ahead with no issues whatsoever. The produce was something that could be truly considered the best in the world. I am in a country that is considered by many to produce the best beef available today and the products from Chicago Steak Company were equal or better than anything I have ever experienced here. I will be frequently using their services and would recommend their products and service to anyone wanting the best.

I ordered a variety pack of steaks. Some were nice but others had a lot of fat. Not marbling like expected but large sections of fat throughout the steaks. I contacted customer service days ago but no action has been taken.

The shipment of my Valentine package of steaks chicken etc arrived.. I was looking forward to enjoying.. I thought the steaks were very small and did not have much taste... Disappointing

The service and the steaks are great. My most recent purchase where I received free hamburgers...I must be honest the burgers weren't that great. The company actually contacted me to see how the products were and if they shipped well. I expressed my disappointment in the burgers and they made it right by giving me a gift certificate. This company is the best. The personalized service that is given is superb.

Best steak I've had

I was extremely satisfied with the quality, price, convenience and service of Chicago Steak Company.

Sent to my son and he raved about the meat. Got him one of the mixed deals with the steaks, chops and chicken, he said they were all really nice quality, came vacuum sealed and tasted great. Would order again.

Every item that I have purchased has been wonderful.

I had an issue wth the steak burgers, but one email later, in under an hour, they responded and resolved the matter above and beyond all expectations. And their steaks are truly to die for#

This was my first purchase from the Chicago Steak Company and it was a gift. The recipient loved the wet-aged bone-in rib eyes, and I'm glad because the dry-aged are a little too expensive for me. He also liked the burgers but I will probably not order them again for someone who lives alone because they are not individually packaged.

I ordered some dry-aged prime steaks for a gift last year and my friend said they were the best steaks he's ever had, so I decided to reorder some for my husband's birthday. UPS screwed up the delivery so the steaks didn't survive the trip, which was delayed by several days, but the staff at Chicago Steak Company replaced my order and expedited shipment. The steaks arrived in great shape and they are delicious!
