Good steaks but do you really have to include a catalog with a gift order so the recipient now knows exactly how much you spent on the gift. How about waiting a week or two ,then send them a catalog. I know your looking for new business but wait a week or so.

Because I put down the wrong shipping date my client wasn't going to be home to receive the package. I instructed Chicago Steak to tell the UPS Driver that he could enjoy the Mike Ditka Ribs. I hope he/she enjoyed them.

My first order from you was a gift and they were very happy about the quality and items in the package. I decided to splurge and get surf and turf for myself. The lobster was delicious and the rib-eye was very good too. My only complaint about the steak was that it was only about an inch thick so cooking it to mid rare was a bit tricky. That would be my only complaint. We are saving the other steak and tail for Valentine's day meal. I would recommend your product. I'm watching for a sale on the lobster LOL so I can stock up! I will buy from you again

I checked the box to get the additional hamburgers being offered on a neighbor's expensive Christmas order. I checked the box to have the hamburgers sent to my house and their order sent to theirs. I got a call a couple of days later saying that the company would only ship the hamburger with the gift order. Or, I could pay $19.99 for the additional shipping charge. The website did not state anything about not being able to ship the hamburgers to my house, having them shipped in one order, or additional charges. I opted not to give Chicago Steak anymore money.

I sent this as a Christmas gift to my daughter's family. As of yet they have not used the steaks, but she said they arrived on the date expected and were well packed with good instructions.

Wasn't impressed with cuts I ordered and fat content. The flavor was 1 step up from local grocery store. Sorry you missed them mark. I order from Omaha monthly now.

My husband ordered the steaks for his boss of 35 years. Sent him Allen Bros in the past. He was not impressed with the steaks at all. The meat wasn't as good as the other steaks we had bought him in the past. How ever he did like the free hamburgers. Said they where great. Sorry for the bad news. Thank Kathryn

Received my order in good time and great condition. Steaks and burgers were very good - not a fan of the pork chops chops though - had to trim too much fat.
