We had a great experience with Residence Supply. They were incredibly responsive and efficient. We loved everything they helped us choose for our home and were so easy to work with throughout. Angelica was a ray of sunshine during every encounter. We cannot recommend them enough!

I was having trouble making my "city apartment" vision come to life and Noor held my hand through it. He helped me choose paint colors and small pieces to add to my living area and bedroom so that i could revamp it on a budget. I'm not adventurous/ my paint colors be i really don't know what works well together, but he very clearly does lol. It looks amazing.

I had a simple order of some patio string lights. They're clearly high quality and they shipped quickly. A dozen spare bulbs were included! I had one quick question for RS and they responded very quickly.

Agreed this company is sketchy…I would caution anyone considering a buy. I purchased a ceiling light that arrived in late April. Unfortunately I didn’t hire an electrician to install until this month. The only directions received were in Chinese and according to the master electrician hired it was missing parts. When I contacted the company for a refund and to arrange a return I saw that they also charged me $9.95 for “damage protection”, something I didn’t in fact order or receive. In looking up damage protection on their website it was packaging material! They refuse to refund because I’m past the 14 day return policy. This company is not legit!’n

Received my 5 grid non-dimmable lights in, super easy to assemble and install. These lights lit up my 10×12 shop really bright and they do not have any shadow lines when taking pictures. The kit even came with an extra light bar and clips. Great price and products.

Beautiful shelf ordered, delivery a little long but the packaging was impeccable. A screw was missing, but easy to replace. A kind word accompanied the package. Good customer experience.

The light itself is bright but a little warmer than i thought it would be. i had bought another brand first and it had a little nicer mounting hardware (carabiner) with it. i got two of these lights for the price of the other one. i just hope they last a long time as i took my dim florescent down and relocated them.

I purchased stools from Residence Supply and they looked almost nothing like the images that were on their website. Complete wrong color. After making no less than 6 phone calls to speak to customer service, where I was told a different excuse about not knowing if I would be able to return the stools or not, I finally got shipping labels sent to me so that I could return the stools. However, the stools have now been in their warehouse for a week and no one will return my emails re:when I will get the refund issued. I emailed them two days ago, last night, and this afternoon with no response. The last I heard from them was Tuesday when I was told that they needed to be inspected before refund was issued. A week to inspect small stools seems sufficient. 0/10 recommend this company. If you like the way their products look, I suggest you do what I should have done and take a screen shot and do a reverse image search to find the actual manufacturer of the item you want to buy and purchase it from its original manufacturer.

So far so good. Have only had them installed for a short time and they work great. Sent the dimensions of the area to be lit to Residence supply and they provided an accurate number of lights need for the area and the model to install.

Residence Supply was great in helping determine my needs for our project and the light are great!

This company is incredibly sketchy. Everything will be shipped from China, take much longer than you are expecting, and most likely arrive damaged. They are alright if you are patient AND only buying smaller, durable items. I’m also noticing that the positive reviews they receive come in “batches” of 3-5 within a few hours of each other, which seems rather strange and fake. You can find their same products elsewhere which much more reliability.
