The chandelier was coming from China - took a month to get it and the communication was terrible. Tracking was mainly in Chinese and the English speaking people or bots were useless. Finally it arrived, terribly packaged and damaged. (Wasn’t great quality in any event.) Would never buy from them again. The refund was slowly processed - despite my having purchased the $10 insurance policy - but I did get it after nudging them repeatedly.

Make this nightmare end. They question and combat everything you say. All of my switches are broke, i spent over $1,000 with this company when they first broke i just purchased another one again out of my own money (over $200 for triple switch plate) so its not cheap. Then it broke again and i asked for a replacement that i still have not got. Almost every switch in my new build house is loose and, 7 broke and the other ones will break soon. The materials are high quality but the way they are fused together are so bad. They have a china and Miami wharehouse. The miami one is stronger because none from miami have broke for me, but the majority that are coming from china take weeks and weeks to arrive and are so weak and break. Just go somewhere else and save yourself from this nightmare i am trapped in now with a house that only 50% of house lights and rooms lights can be used. They have spent weeks arguing with me about a replacement, either send it or don't we are just going around in circles. I am so frustrated about all this. I will never get the hours and hours and months of time spent emailing back ever again. Literally waisting my life on this loop of not getting anywhere. I am not trying to get scam you to get a free light switch. I spent a thousand dollars with you and do not have time for this constant back and forth, this should of be solved in a 1 minute phone call not months of emails.

If there is minus one millions , I would residence supply . It is a scam . On the website it states 10-15 days delivery. That is a complete lie . 2 months later , no delivery and the customer service can’t give an answer on the estimated arrival date. Do not order from this site !!!

It was searching for particular sconces for a client. I found them on Residence supply's Lighting at the best price. RS made it easy for me to open a trade account, and they made ordering very easy. I am glad i found them!

I will start this review by saying that unlike some of the other reviewers here, I did actually receive the product I ordered in (mostly) working condition, However I have some problems with the overall shopping experience. Firstly, this product shipped from China, which is fine, of course many things we buy in the US are made and shipped from China. My problem is that as of writing, this information is not listed anywhere on the website. Instead the website emphasizes that they are based in Florida, and even says that long shipping times are due to their "dedication to craftsmanship" and not because they ship from overseas. I feel this is very misleading and I was only able to learn this information after inquiring directly about why my tracking information wasn't updating. When I first asked about my shipping time they also gave me the tracking information for an order that wasn't mine, which also caused some confusion. When I received my product after a month, the fittings for assembly had defects that made it impossible for me to screw the pieces together. I was able to remedy the defects using a dremel tool, but I shouldn't have had to do this after paying upwards of $700 for a lamp, and if I didn't happen to have a dremel tool on hand, I would have been SOL. This is especially frustrating when their website says they "uphold the highest quality standards". Finally, after doing a reverse google image search for this piece, I did find it listed on aliexpress for significantly less, which means I could have received the same lamp in the same amount of time for much less money. I am giving two stars because the lamp does actually work (after I grinded off the defects) and because the customer service agent I spoke to was decently responsive and they even picked up the phone when I called after their business hours. Unfortunately, the long wait time, high price, defective pieces, and misleading website has left a sour taste in my mouth that the politeness of their customer service agent was not able to overcome. TL;DR: Save your money and just order from AliExpress directly. I didn't get completely scammed but I did get ripped off

I purchased brass toggle switches and brass rotary dimmers -- the switches are really nice, we find ourselves appreciating them each time we turn them on or off! Seriously classy and customer service great as well -- quick thoughtful response and a very positive experience! Highly recommend

Bad service!

Initial problems with fulfillment … I purchased a few lighting items only to find that what was sent (from China) were not for the NA market (wrong voltage and without Canadian certifications). The company was a bit slow to respond at first, but now seems to be in the process of getting me the correct light.

Fantastic selection of lights to fit all requirements at very reasonable prices. I was kept appraised regularly about the status of my order and it was delivered within the suggested time frame. I had mistakenly mis-measured and had to return and buy and alternative a simple and smooth process and my new light is perfect. The customer agents at Residence Supply's are efficient and friendly. It was lovely to deal with such wonderful and understanding staff. Well Done!

I ordered two lights from this company. One arrived after a few weeks delay. I was very happy with the light, so it was worth the wait. The second light did not arrive, even though the tracking number indicated it was delivered. I contacted Residence Supply and, after a few days of back and forth emails, they sent me a new tracking number. The light arrived a week later. The box was so beat up, I was amazed anything survived. When I pulled out the light, it was not at all how it was pictured on the website. The metal is a cheap, spray painted gold, which was not what I expected for the price of the light fixture. I emailed them immediately, wanting to return it. There was no response for several weeks even after several attempts to email and phone them. One month later, I finally received a reply saying I had missed the return window, so I’m unable to return. Totally unacceptable! I will never buy anything from this company again and I frequently buy lighting for our properties and my listings. They have lost me as a customer and I will be sure to tell everyone I know that they should avoid this company.

We got our Vertical Pendant Light customized to Silver. We wanted to install the vertical pendant in our bedroom but wanted the silver finish to match the handles of the night tables and chandelier.
