Although I couldn't provide the name of the light I sent them a photo and with in a few days they informed me that they had found a replacement glass.The replacement was promptly delivered to me the very next day.Overall I had an excellent customer service experience from start to finish

Big tip on Residence Supply...check out how identical the five star reviews are on here. The majority are absolute nonsense. We ordered a lamp from the website, to be delivered to the UK. It arrived and was obviously sent from China (no mention of that on the website you'll notice). When it arrived some of the parts of the legs had threaded screws so we contacted customer service to get replacements...these took over a month to arrive (I'm guessing from China again). Then when we finally put the item together, we found a remote...all the labels on the remote in Chinese. We asked for instructions from customer support as to how to use the remote with the lamp (as neither of us understand Chinese), and we were sent an image of it with translations of what the buttons mean...no instructions as to how the remote actually worked (it appears to require connection to the WiFi). When queried with customer support (again), we were told "If the light is from China the remote has Chinese characters". Wow - how helpful. I've given two stars as the lamp (so far) works, and looks ok. However the company are dishonest and the customer support is well below average.

I'm so glad I read the reviews and got in touch. Many companies are struggling and it's frustrating when things don't go right-but all I can say is that as soon as i got in touch, I got an immediate response and my order was safely delivered and i was kept information throughout.

Unfortunately the glass light arrived in pieces but the customer support from Abraham was great, and he was able to resolve the issue for us. 5 stars for customer service but I dropped a star for the packaging not being great.

Do not order from this website, bait and switch. I found a couch that was on clearance, the prices clearly listed on their website after purchasing the couch. I was told that the price would increase by $700 and my order was canceled. I find that a clerical error of that size is hard to believe and definitely odd. Just not right, especially when people plan around the accuracy of a website. wouldn’t order from them again and would be weary to recommend them.

Something is fishy about this company!!! I bought a chandelier from Residence Supply and emailed them a week after my order for an update. I was recently scammed so wanted to stay on top of it. They told me my order was coming from oversees instead of Miami so I canceled my order. They said they would refund me but that was over 2 weeks ago and we just keep going back and forth. As of today, I still don’t have a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I’m not entirely sure that it isn’t a scam. I placed an order in mid-Feb and the tracking information sent to me has not updated at all. They keep sending me a screenshot of their internal tracking information, which I don’t think is real. I’ve asked for an ETA and for my money back and they keep on apologizing and not answering. They also delete negative instagram comments and block people who ask questions about their order status. Total garbage. I will be going through Visa to try to get my $800 back. Kicking myself for not doing my research.

I ordered the lights for our community theatre so I had them shipped to an address a little out of the way. There was a bit of confusion bout the delivery , But a representative from residence supply gave me a call and fixed my concern and made sure everything gets straightened out.

I ordered from them several times over the last 2 years. Never had any problems. Products are amazing! and great costumer service. 100% recommend if ur cool like me.

Had a pretty bad experience with this supplier. Fixtures took three weeks to arrive, were of VERY low quality and very different from the photos and description provided on the site. They are also not of US standard so you one needs to modify existing ceiling boxes for them to fit naturally. When I wanted to return, I had to explain why and provide a photo of the lamp, Instead of just sending over a return label like every other company. took the company three days to send a return label. The fixtures come from China, which is perfectly fine, but the tracking information was unclear and lacked any indication on delivery estimate. They also are not synced well with their order software (Shop, I believe) so they did not receive my correct info when I placed my order. I had to reply by email, which if I would have missed I’d have never received the fixtures in the first place. Last but not least, they deleted my negative (but honest) review in the fixture in their site. Was eventually contacted by costumer support and was offered a full refund for editing this review. I made it clear that I will only ask for a refund for the items I return and nothing more. Costumer service was very courteous (the only reason I decided to edit to 2 stars), and assured me the item will be either removed of corrected on their site. They have not done so, neither have they corrected the incorrect description.

Believe the one star reviews. Horrid experience with poor quality product, terrible customer service, sketchy answers and rep says they will call you back and they never do. Every time you call they claim they don't have information. Shipped defective products that were broken in shipping and still haven't provided full refund. AVOID this company.
