I have mixed emotions with their service. I would rate 5 star the products quality. We ordered a Kirti Arm sofa for our space, 4 star to their customer service, They seemed to be lost in between but tried their best to help me out and 3 star to their delivery service. Their delivery time for sofa is 3-8 weeks. I got mine in 6 weeks but would prefer faster shipping option.

If you are in doubt of selecting the right chandelier, I would highly recommend the Royal Mesh. In love with the light effect it gives on my ceiling. I have installed it in the center of my living room and it is just beautiful. Thanks to my designer Natasha for the amazing suggestion.

Was skeptical on ordering because of the mixed reviews but went ahead and took a risk of ordering a sample of the toggle and the dimmer. They were exactly what I was looking for. Later communicated with them via email and call in order to get assurance and placed the order for my entire residence. Was skeptical even after that but I got them delivered within 10 days. They are perfect and I personally was satisfied with their service.

I order new handles. It took Alamo two months to get them. When I contact PayPal that I haven’t received my order it took only 5 days until I got my order. When I finally got my order it was not exactly the same model I thought I order after seeing the picture on their website. It’s similar but not the same handles. They answer quickly when I go through PayPal but it’s not answer you would like to hear. Like yes it’s the same handles you found at our website can I help you with something else. The funny is that you can clearly see it’s not the same as they marketing on their website. If it was possible to upload pictures here in trustpilot I would definitely do that

Why can't I give zero stars? I have personally had an awful experience in dealing with Residence Supply Firstly, the items are coming from China and therefore take a long time to arrive. When my items arrived it became apparent it wasn't going to be easy to fit them and asked for a return. If you notice on the website the returns page gives you a not found error. I tried explaining this to the 'customer support' team who are pretty clueless BTW, but maybe something was lost in translation. Caution to anyone looking to buy anything from here, DO NOT

Received stair lights four - five weeks after order although was told 10 days. When they arrived and installed they did not work properly. I asked for technical support numerous times via email and calls leaving messages for a return call and got the runaround. My electrician could not get them to work correctly so I asked for a refund. Again, got the runaround. After being ghosted by the person I had been dealing with was finally able to speak to a different customer support person that issued a return label. Once returned I received a partial refund. Months of trying to get them to acknowledge the issue just to get a partial refund. I am going to file a complaint with the Florida State's Attorney General office. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Lack of response and misleading photo and product description…You cannot return anything at the end ! Lack of response and misleading website. Other negative posts appear correct on Trust Pilot. Positive posts appear to be a fraud I believe it cannot be otherwise they must have paid for those comments If you need any more relevant details you can contact me and you will of course be able to realise you should not buy from such a fraudulent company who is not compliant with any regulations towards customers where it be GDPR since they obviously sell clients data or return policies since they manage to send at a time where you have minimal time to answer and return the product : anyway once you bought their product you will not be able to contact them since they will monitor your phone number and phone so that they will not answer any queries. Not US products it is only China plastic products of very low quality and small size you wille receive. They deliver expensive product with at least 2 months delay and so the return policy won't apply if you are not satisfied with your product and they apply a discount on the product on which you have to add china fees It is the worst scam I had to experience in my life (and I am a 50 years old adult aware of prices and quality products ! In this case I can only recommend you avoid having to experience such frustrations ! Lack of response and misleading website. Other negative posts appear correct on Trust Pilot. Not US but China. Asking for refund and not even had a shipping detail yet order placed two weeks ago. Complete incompetence and feel like a scam. Avoid!

the items took months to arrive and when they did all the items were damaged. i would never order from them again. Also, they will not process a refund. when i ask to speak to someone the guy said there is no one to talk to. he was just hired to answer phones at home. this is as shady as it gets.

Company poses as a luxury lighting company but ships out Chinese crap. Light hangs completely crooked. I’ve been pursuing a refund for over a month as they delay delay delay. BUYER BEWARE.

I purchased an acrylic LED chandelier from Residence Supply in November 2023, and unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing. I really liked the unit and let myself be tricked into endless troubleshooting that has cost me a lot of money and efforts. Defect Unit: a) The light fixture arrived in a damaged box, raising concerns about its condition. b) The package lacked a return label to Residence Supply, complicating the potential return process. c) No technical specifications or complete installation manual were included for the acrylic LED light fixture and LED driver. d) The torn remote-control operation manual provided no guidance on pairing the remote with the LED driver. e) The poorly constructed remote control failed to secure batteries properly. f) QR codes on both the LED driver and remote control did not lead to any relevant information or websites. g) An electrical installer deemed the chandelier defective, and less than two weeks after delivery, we started contacting Customer Support by calls and email. Inadequate Customer Support: a) Despite opting for "100% damage protection," attempts to contact Customer Support at +1 (786) 269-2675 were met with unfulfilled promises of callbacks. (Try calling them!) b) The combination of a defective unit, unresponsive customer support, a non-returnable box, an unknown return address, and the absence of a return label complicated the return process. c) Emails to Residence Supply resulted in an unsatisfactory response from A.T., citing non-returnable status, but without offering additional support or replacement parts. d) Subsequent attempts to engage with technical support through email exchanges with A. D. were unproductive, with over 20 emails exchanged without resolution. Exhausted all options: a) Extensive research on LED lights and on the exact same unit with technical specifications provided by other sellers indicated potential issues with various parts. Any of these parts in the LED chandelier unit can be defect, their combination, or the LED strip within the acrylic light fixture itself. b) Independent attempts to source a new LED driver and remote control were unsuccessful, raising concerns about potential counterfeit parts. c) Despite efforts to follow Residence Supply's suggestions for pairing, the pairing was unsuccessful, and no replacement unit or part was delivered. d) After spending much money and effort, recent correspondence lacked concrete solutions, prompting our decision to seek a refund with legal means. e) Despite receiving friendly letters from A.D., we chose not to answer further troubleshooting emails from Residence Supply. Here is Customer Support A.D.s latest ‘love letter’: "I deeply regret the delay in responding to you, and I want to express my heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your concerns are of the utmost importance to us, and I understand the frustration that can arise from delays. Rest assured, I am actively collaborating with our back office team to urgently address and resolve your issue. Your patience during this time is genuinely appreciated, and I am fully committed to ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience, and I am grateful for your understanding as we work diligently to rectify the situation. Warmest regards, " Conclusion: I experienced that Residence Supply sold me a non-functioning (counterfeit?) unit without technical specifications and complete installation guides in print or on web sites. The item was shipped from abroad. There was no return label included in the box, nor available on request. Residence Supply do not return support calls, seems to lack a local parts supply, and functional customer and technical support teams. Hence, the customer support responses by email are all geared toward STALLING item replacement or refund. They specify that you need a professional installer, but do not trust the installers conclusion and ask you to troubleshoot parts indefinitely! In summary, the defective unit, inadequate customer support, and exhausted options have left us with a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience with Residence Supply. I am reporting the dispute with the bank today, and hope for a refund promptly.
