11/07 ordered IC lock an keys. Web said would receive 1 core key( needed to install IC core) did not receive core key. When I received package I notified by email the issue I had. Did not receive a response. 11/16 I contacted by phone to resolve. Was told this was being handled an a replace would be sent out after 11/18 . Hopefully I will receive what I have paid for soon, sometime next week more than 10 + days after I needed parts.

The Customer Service at Taylor Security reached out to me making sure that I realized that material leadtimes would take longer than normal. I did realize this upon ordering, but I appreciated the email. In fact the door hardware arrived sooner than expected.

Super fast service!!

Placed order online. Taylor sent the incorrect part (wrong size). When I sent an email, they were quick to rush a replacement part to me. They did not require me to send the incorrect part back.

Poor customer service. No updates on a package that took 2 months to deliver. I had to email Taylor Security to find out why my package was running late. When I received a reply, no apology for the delay. It felt like they representative, John, could have cared less that the order was running a month late.

Invoicing is the worst. I can't follow what is going to be billed and when. I get multiple invoices and I have to wait to see what actually hits our charge card account. I had to submit a date of experience, but it's been likes this for years.

Spoke with one of your sales associates about rekeying service prior to ordering, unfortunately this service isn't offered. Sales associate was very pleasant. I then completed my on line order. After placing my order, I was surprised to see this order would take 4-6 weeks to complete. I was pleasantly surprised when the order arrived within a week.

When the item that I wanted was backordered longer than I could wait, a sales rep emailed me and found me the perfect replacement option. I had everything I needed even earlier than I thought was possible.
