The hasp itself looks good. However, the box enclosing the hasp was damaged. Overall, I'll order from Taylor & Security again.

My search for a handleset for the french door was very challenging to find for some reason, especially for the dummy side. I initially ordered one from the popular online website but had to return it since it didn't include essential parts and there was nowhere on the site that sold the missing piece. What would I do with that half... I found everything on Taylor Security & Lock and with all the options I could have wished for along with the easy-to-navigate that tells me what I would need to complete the installation. I've got the heads-up email telling me that one of the items would be delayed due to the fact that it's being produced from the manufactory. It's understandable given the supply chain and all. I like the fact that the team actively tells me the information so I don't have to wonder what happens to my order.

Replacement part was delivered earlier than expected, and the quality seems excellent. A genuine Emtek replacement latch was not available anywhere else, and since the original lasted 18 years of frequent use, I wanted to use the same one for replacement.

Had to cancel the order after it was delayed several times. Never received notification, I would send an email asking where the order was when a promised date passed just to be told it had been pushed out again. When onto another website and received the same items in 3 days. Never received anything in two months from Taylor.

I was able to find the exact doorknob I needed through Taylor even though most other companies stopped selling the color/finish I needed to match the rest of my house. I received a personal email letting me know it’s special order and providing an ETA. Good customer service!
