STAY WELL CLEAR. Same experience as reviewer Ann. Filed my claim in Dec 22. Still no decision. When i chase, i am asked for documents which i've already provided. I've been told on a couple of occasions a decision is imminent. the last time was over 5 weeks ago. am still waiting. i've now made a formal complaint: the response to that has been to ask me for documents already provided. I've asked for the regulator's details. these have not been forthcoming. thankfully we did not require hospitalisation or repatriation. i dread to think what would have happened. But I cannot trust this company to deliver so I will need to take out a policy with someone else despite my current policy the globelink being valid for another few months. Shameful.

This policy does exactly what we needed.

I was very impressed with the ease of applying for my travel insurance. The web site was excellent, snd the process of excluding preexisting conditions was so easy compared with other providers. The price was reasonable too. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used Globelink before, and was happy to find they could meet my needs again. Their process is much simpler than the other companies.

The claims structure is franchised to a separate company. The procedure to make a claim complicated, dated and to date not effective. Having placed a claim in December 2021, chasing it in January 2022, then told my claim had been approved on 19th January. I have had to make further calls and emails with no possible result to date. Definitely will not be renewing my insurance with this company

Quando ho realmente avuto bisogno hanno fatto di tutto per non pagare,e per fortuna che dovevano coprire una partenza ritardata coperta da contratto,e non una ospedalizzazione. Pur di non pagare mi hanno richiesto un documento che neanche la compagnia aerea ha potuto fornirmi.Non sono bastate le certificazioniufficiali di ritardo della compagnia..da evitare come la peste!!

Simple easy process to get a quote and sign up. The only company i have contacted who applied a simple and pragmatic approach to pre-existing medical conditions. Would definitely recommend.

Every year I get confused (advancing years) trying to renew my policy (on line) and end up phoning . This year after failing miserably (I think your site is little misleading) I sent an email. Very kindly I was offered and Tracey ( I think) telephoned me and sorted it all out very politely and efficiently SO I cannot speak highly enough about your staff and the service . Very easy to arrange travel insurance with Globalink. Clear and easy form to fill out

Clear, easy to understand and choose the appropriate offer among the interesting possibilities, quickly available for the use.

Applying and filling in forms for travel insurance was easy. Cover for over 80's is normally difficult to find and very costly, but this was a reasonable price. It remains to be seen if a claim has to be made.

Customer service and renewals always very helpful. I think it is the 6th year we have used the company. We feel safe travelling knowing we have their back up.

Returning customer - nowhere in the process could I enter "1FREE". Payment CAPTCHA just required a tick, repeated twice as red wording said CAPTCHA "not completed" !!! then nothing happened, too slow. Offer of discounted day2 test offered to uk residents only, despite confirmation link from non uk transaction! Wallet certificate no longer right shape or small enough to laminate as credit card size. End of gripe.
