United Kingdom | 18 May 2021Very easy process to buy the insurance. Good value for money. As an exPat it is hard to obtain travel insurance at an acceptable price. Have never had call to use it, I have no reason to think it will be anything but good but that would be the final test.

United Kingdom | 07 May 2021An excellent price and a very easy website to navigate but it lose one star as it would not accept any form of telephone number in the "wizard" despite saying it was correct by showing a small green tick. Very helpful telephone staff. But one star lost due to frustration with the website.

United Kingdom | 21 March 2021The purporse of this company is to take your money and issue you with a policy and they do that efficiently. If you have to make a claim, they pass the buck to another company called Rightpath Clams who are an asbolute nightmare. Before taking out a policy, you need to look at reviews for Rightpath claims and there you will see a completly different story. Just to be clear, Globelink will have nothing to do with you if you make a claim.

Spain | 23 November 2020I initially found dealing with Globelink a pleasant experience and had several policies with them. Unfortunately when you wish to make a genuine claim you get passed onto a company called Rightpath. Rightpath are basically employed to harass, frustrate and upset you and do anything they can to get you to abandon your claim. They tell you that you failed for various reasons and when you point out their error they try to find another reason for turning down your perfectly honest and reasonable claim. So due to Globelink employing Rightpath, I would certainly not recommend this company and would suggest you avoid.
