Despite my advanced age (!) and my many existing medical conditions, staff were extremely patient and helpful. AND they offered the cheapest comprehensive policy.

Very easy process to buy the insurance. Good value for money. As an exPat it is hard to obtain travel insurance at an acceptable price. Have never had call to use it, I have no reason to think it will be anything but good but that would be the final test.

An excellent price and a very easy website to navigate but it lose one star as it would not accept any form of telephone number in the "wizard" despite saying it was correct by showing a small green tick. Very helpful telephone staff. But one star lost due to frustration with the website.

We have used Globelink several times, the cover is very easy to purchase and well priced. They were also very helpful when I phoned with 'Covid-19' related questions. Highly recommended, great customer service.

I found myself trapped in South Africa due to covid. My insurer Staysure was less than helpful and indeed downright rude and offensive. I have changed to Globelink after a thorough search of the market as they seem the best.

The purporse of this company is to take your money and issue you with a policy and they do that efficiently. If you have to make a claim, they pass the buck to another company called Rightpath Clams who are an asbolute nightmare. Before taking out a policy, you need to look at reviews for Rightpath claims and there you will see a completly different story. Just to be clear, Globelink will have nothing to do with you if you make a claim.

Buying Insurance on-line for my upcoming trip was clear and easy. Globelink was also quick to respond by email to a question I had.

Easy to follow on line application, price is OK for the cover needed. Certificate and details are available straight away after payment. So far in three years I have not had to make a claim so cannot comment on this process.

I was able to renew my policy easily and speak with an employee for reassurance in these difficult times.

Globelink travel insurance offered after you have left cover where very few other company’s did and the online form was easy and quick with a reasonable quote.

Reliable quick responsive service

I initially found dealing with Globelink a pleasant experience and had several policies with them. Unfortunately when you wish to make a genuine claim you get passed onto a company called Rightpath. Rightpath are basically employed to harass, frustrate and upset you and do anything they can to get you to abandon your claim. They tell you that you failed for various reasons and when you point out their error they try to find another reason for turning down your perfectly honest and reasonable claim. So due to Globelink employing Rightpath, I would certainly not recommend this company and would suggest you avoid.

it would be nice if there were an option on renewals that just asks if any changes to status / health etc rather than having to check boxes all over the place
