In 2017 had to make a claim on the demise of Monarch Airlines, which took along to sort you, with many reminders having been sent although that was not necessarily down to Globelink but the Insurance company deaing with claims, but as ours was very straight forward thought if could have been dealt with quicker

A good value, annual travel policy, but of course the real test will be when an incident may occur and the claim service is tested.

Spain | 16 May 2018Pre existing conditions process confusing and contradictory Fortunately, having never needed to make a claim I’ve cant comment on the efficiency of this vital part of the process. However, the standard policy covers some, but not all, of my pre-existing conditions so I have been referred to the medical screening team. Having made a full declaration of everything, they excluded my pre-existings that were included! When I went back to Global Link they kindly confirmed the pre-existings that were automatically covered, were covered and not excluded on my policy. As stated above: Pre existing conditions process confusing and contradictory
