Online sign up, renewal and receiving documentation is swift, comprehensive and straightforward ... We have had Globelink Worldwide Cover for several years for peace of mind, although as we have been lucky enough not to have had cause to claim, we cannot give an opinion on the claims process.

Easy to follow application form on the internet. As we are expat pensioners the insurance rate for us was very good they did not load on extras for simple old age problems as many others do. I give five stars so far, if I do have to claim I hope the five star rating continues.

Taking out the insurance including an existing conditions check was easy and straightforward. However the real test of an insurance company is when you need to make a claim so this rating is only based on the above.

The website was easy to use and I was able to find quickly find information regarding the insurance product I required. The medical screening company were also efficient and it was clear that the customer representative I spoke with was experienced regarding declared medical conditions.

I have always found it easy to purchase insurance from Globelink but I have not yet had the misfortune to make a claim. So, four stars for marketing and ease of use and the extra star for my good luck continuing!
