Horrendous customer service - lodged a claim online, has been 6 weeks and no response other than automated emails saying we will be back in touch 5-7 days later - wont respond to any follow up email from myself - currently sitting at 8 emails. .

Good value used before But the propsal website needs fixing thr drop down numbers etc are not stable and change without reason thus affect the quote!! Also the fifth(?) tick box in the medical section is almost greyed out ant the (?) blue tick box is not at all obvious following the logic of the earlierfour que
