Great care and service to sort out my varicose vein which was causing puffiness in my right foot. Seems to have done the trick and a good explanation of what was being carried out, the likely outcome and management of expectations was provided. I had under-eye vein removal by Marie. The procedure was fast with great results, I would say it was really worth the money. However, what impressed me the most was the kindness of the staff at the clinic. When I first entered the girls at the reception were lovely, made me feel welcome and soothed any of my anxieties. During the procedure Marie was informative, kind and soothing. She helped to keep me calm and was so kind throughout the procedure. Overall, I had a really excellent experience with the private clinic.

I got in touch with the The Private Clinic of Harley Street Manchester for a consultation with Dr Helena Antoniadou to discuss upper eyelid surgery, blepharoplasty. And I’m very happy l did. I met with Dr Helena and she answered questions l had. She went into detail of what to expect on the day of the procedure the operation and recovery, she gave me absolute confidence in going ahead with the operation. I also spoke and met the Clinic Manager Alex who was so supportive and very honest with the questions l had.. I had an accumulation of loose skin with one of my eyelid’s looking far heavier than the other, a very hooded appearance. I always looked tired. But no more, January 10th 2022 l had my Operation and today lm absolutely delighted with the results. The procedure is pain free l felt absolutely nothing at all before I knew it was over and done with. The nurses really looked after me they were very attentive and caring through out the procedure. I had follow up telephone conversations from the nurse to see how my recovery was going. Ive had my post Op review, Dr Helena was very happy with my results. At last l can see the shape of my eyes properly l look wide awake and l love them...So Happy. I would highly recommend The Private Clinic St John St Manchester Kathy.

After making me feel at ease at my consultation I decided to go ahead with brest inplants. The care was good with advice and letting me take my time with decisions. I decided not to say anything about a few hiccups as we were going through a pandemic and this were difficult to sort out at that time. I had a consultation with the nurse prior to my surgery and was told then I had to pay for a covid test. At no point was I told I would have to pay. Obviously I paid as this surgery is something I wanted done. I didn't complain. I went ahead with the surgery and the day arrived. The hospital staff thought they new everything my surgeon and had discussed with regards to my post op bra to the the point I was in the wrong, that didn't sit well with me. They were rude and not nice and didn't really care about you. Being a private hospital you were given a safe for your personal belongings. Mine didn't work. They called for assistance and it still didn't work. I was left with having to leave my stuff in a unlocked room. After my operation the care is nothing more than a normal hospital and I told my consultant I was OK to leave as I couldn't stand to stay there any longer. My journey to complete recovery was painful witch my consultant was aware of. But again I thought best I keep quiet. After some time a face to face appointment was made with my consultant for my last check up and then cancelled at last min due to other work commitments, I totally appreciate as I new this from the start. I was then told they would be in contact witch they were. They asked me to come in but due to work I was unable to leave, they agreed to a telephone consultation.no call came through I have phone logs to prove. I called the clinic and they said they called. They didn't. Now I am finding this difficult not to express my concerns. The amount of money this cost and the care was shocking. I will take this further as I believe I've paid for a promised service I never received. Such a shame.

I had the pleasure of revisiting The Private Clinic of Harley Street a few days ago for fillers. I have used the services of this clinic many times as it’s always been a wonderful experience. I was greeted by two lovely reception staff called Emilia and Miko and whilst enjoying a coffee we chatted about all major of things , such a relaxing and friendly introduction to my procedure. Then I saw the lovely and brilliant Dr Hanson, I have seen him multiple times for fillers as his work is brilliant, he is so calming and friendly too. A wonderful bonus. I was also able to say hello to Alicia who is the Practice Manager. I met her on my first visit to the clinic back in 2018 and she always likes to say hello and have a chat with the clinic’s patients. She is always busy but somehow manages to find time to say hello to the clinics clients and give that extra special service that makes the experience a 10 out of 10 Matthew Chapman

I went to the private clinic to see Mr Mark Lloyd it was so lovely from the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile receptions were lovely and Elaine organised everything for me ! We had tea and coffee as I came with my father and had a laugh in the reception area which is very comfortable! We went in to meet mark who is absolutely charming and made me feel comfortable straight away he is an absolutely amazing man and had some very good ideas but very truthful and honest !! I can’t recommend the clinic enough !!

(this is an edited feedback) After having shared some of my negative comments and raising issues with the booking of Hair Laser Removal treatment, I have received an instant response and all my issues were actioned and resolved immediately by the Clinic Manager. I was contacted by Alicia, who was very understanding of the situation. Alicia and her colleague Emilia did their absolute best to reassure me and to address all my concerns - they made sure I was looked after from that point on and they arranged all my sessions in advance, which is greatly appreciated as I often travel for work Nationally, so it makes it all very convenient. In addition, Alicia proposed a kind gesture of goodwill in the form of adding some extra sessions on top of my package. This was unexpected but very well received and, undoubtably, set a good tone for my future visits to the clinic. I very much look forward to be treated in the Private Clinic of Harley Street as I am sure I will be looked after. I appreciate the prompt response and all the help I have received from the team! Extremely happy with results following surgery. Having suffered with bunions since my early 20's, it's an amazing transformation. I've always thought about having surgery but the traditional procedure was never an option, being off my feet for a long period of time. The minimal invasive surgery is just fantastic, I was able to walk straight away & had only a few weeks in bandages. Dr Bianchi & his team are so professional and I cannot recommend both the team & the procedure enough.

I’d think long and hard before choosing this clinic. My wife had lipo done here by Phillip lim in 2019. She has had problems with the feelings in her legs since. directly after the surgery he agreed the uneven parts of her legs needed further treatment then changed his mind directly after leaving her with lumps all over. When challenged on this he became irate and accused my wife of being mentally unstable! We have since seen another surgeon with better credentials and it was agreed it needed a lot more work to straighten out what he has done. To the tune of £11.500. We complained straight away to which they have conducted there “in house” review and concluded a refund was not warranted “how ironic” After the op she was tossed out in no time I had to carry her to the car. It’s a bit of a butcher’s shop get you in pay and get out. We have had to hire in a private firm to escalate this by any means necessary to get our £8500 back to fund the cost of straightening out his mess. So no we wouldn’t recommend at all. They want to be shut down or at least replace that butcher of a surgeon for someone with a bit more skill and consideration for the paying customer. We won’t stop until we have our money back plus costs. Below is a response to our concerns by the clinic manager. Is this the type of customer service you expect from a company charging top money for its services. “Feel free pursue The Private Clinic and treating surgeon through the courts.” And why does every response on here contain the same- we tried to contact you? You don’t try to contact people because you have no intentions of rectifying the messes you make because you have already been paid and anything after that is irrelevant to you! All your managers and surgeons have the same traits you know when they are lying because there mouths are open!

Mark Lloyd, Aurelia and Bruno were all great - they made me feel very relaxed for my ear lobe surgery. I would definitely recommend them.

LIFE CHANGING! That’s the only way I think I should start this. Dr Wolf and his team really have changed my life for the better! The care I received, the kindness of all staff was incredible! Especially with a surgery during COVID restrictions and myself suffering with Anxiety. They made it such a pleasant experience. Made me feel safe and looked after. All my contact and follow ups with Faye have been brilliant. Nothing is ever “silly” or “too much” for Dr Wolf or his team. I had my surgery back in October 2021. Vaser Liposuction on my thighs and knees for Lipedema. I still remember getting back to my hotel room (as travelled all the way from Somerset for Dr Wolf) after the day surgery and crying at the initial results! To say they are now even more beautiful is an understatement. I still can’t believe they are my legs! I lost inches! I was up and back to “normal” after just under 2 weeks. Which was incredible. Never thought the recovery would be that quick. Don’t get me wrong first few days/week weren’t easy. But well worth it! I am now capable of walking further than before (3.5km last Sunday) and being able to keep up with my 3 year old. Living a pain free life! It really is such a change of life. I’ve been having laser hair removal with Emma for over a year now and can see a huge difference in my hair growth.
