I’ve never had any surgery/ cosmetic procedures before so you can imagine my nervousness. I found The Private Clinic after researching cosmetic clinics in the UK. I didn’t book a consultation anywhere else only with these. After a few telephone chats with Alex the patient coordinator/clinic manager, I booked a consultation to meet with Mr Fattah. This guy is a genius!! He made me (and my husband) feel extremely at ease. He understood my concerns, and from the off he literally got what I wanted! He understood my request. He didn’t try to convince me or change my mind on anything. I felt as if I could trust him and his team immediately. There was no pressure or rush. Mr Fattah explained all the ‘could go wrongs’, which did make me question what I was doing, but 4 months later I was booked in for my procedure. The team and the nurse Angela are so welcoming, none judgemental and make you feel really comfortable and under no pressure or obligation. A special mention to Alex, he’s very calming, patient and informative and again a huge huge thank you to Mr Fattah. He’s given me back my confidence! And I’m over the moon with my procedure. There’s no hesitation around communication, so I felt very supported and still do now with after care. I recommend him and The private clinic to anyone who is thinking about undergoing cosmetic surgery. I wouldn’t hesitate in using this clinic again! I was so worried before my varicose vein surgery, but I needn't have been. The whole team looked after me from start to finish and made me feel at ease. I am still to attend my final check up next week, I still have bruises under the skin, I did think that they would all dissappear and in time I hope they do.

Brilliant results! I had a varicose vein on the inside of my left knee for years which slowly got worse over time. I went to see Mr Dynesh Rittoo who reassured me that with the correct treatment, my vein would be no more - how right he was! I would recommend this clinic to anyone considering varicose vein removal.

Foam Sclerotherapy and liquid sclerotherapy: I have had a treatment for vein removal. The pre-care and aftercare is very good. There is a person in charge, other than the doctor, whom you can contact for any question before and after treatment. The clinic seems very clean and is well presented. The staff is professional and the nurses I saw welcoming as for the receptionists and other staff members. The Dr Constantinos Kyriakides (Consultant Vascular Surgeon) first did a thorough assessment of the veins with ultrasound and found the defectuous vein causing a dark spot of small veins on the side of my calf. The surgery itself was much quicker and painless than I expected with the foam, though I did experience normal sore and discomfort after the treatment. The recovery was as expected. I cannot comment on the full results as I am meant to discuss the rest of the treatment with more sclerotherapy to better help get rid of the visible spider veins on my calf. There is an improvement already but as mentioned I could give a full comment on the results after the finalised treatment. All in all the doctor seemed to have the adequate knowledge for the treatment, I also researched before getting to the clinic so did not have any unexpected surprises.

For varicose vein sclerotherapy, the quality of treatment and the results are exceptional, especially as the services are also very price-competitive when compared to other London clinics. I appreciated the fact that the website had a lot of useful information when I was doing my initial research.

I wasn’t happy with the result. The consultation was unclear and even after a second consultation I was misled. There was some improvement but the vein is still very visible but he insisted he couldn’t see it to avoid doing the treatment again despite promising that was part of what I’d paid for. Overpriced for poor service and treatment

My experience of The Private Clinic was mainly with Dr Bianchi and Luca from the medical aspects, and with Fiona on arrangements and information. Everything was superb and the end result was what I hoped for. I am highly delighted that I chose The Private Clinic.

Really professional service and friendly staff, Dr Raja explained everything in detail which ran really smoothly, going for my second follow up next year to see the final results, pleased with the result so far.

I went for a procedure to remove a vein under my eye. I had previously had an on line appointment to explain the procedure so I was prepared in advance. On the day I was welcomed into the lounge whilst I awaited my appointment and was looked after by the various reception staff. All of which were very polite and courteous. A young man was particularly helpful as he showed me how to request an Uber and how to set it up on my phone, for which I was very appreciative as otherwise I would have struggled to get my train on time. I was seen on time and the doctor was very polite and professional, explaining the procedure and after care. The procedure itself was quite painful but it didn't take very long at all to see immediate results. Although the journey down to London was tedious as it was a cold day and lots of waiting around, the actual visit to the clinic and the procedure itself along with the positive customer journey was well worth the travelling and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of having this procedure.

After doing some research on the FUE hair transplant procedure I decided to go with the Private Clinic in Manchester and I am very happy with the results and I am confident I made the right decision. Dr Raja and his team have been great and extremely helpful throughout, from initial consultation, through to the procedure and aftercare. I had FUE & PRP injections on the frontal areas as my hair had receded quite significantly, and after six months I can already see significant growth and my confidence has increased because of this. I was initially nervous about the procedure but Dr Raja immediately put me at ease through his professionalism and care. I didn't feel any pressure to go with the clinic as the whole team from reception to the surgeon were very easy going, friendly and helpful, and this is one of the main positives I can take from the experience, even though there were many. I am a female, aged 47, who had hair recession that was causing me great distress. As soon as I met the lovely Michael Mouzakis and his kind, friendly team I felt that I was in good hands - and I really was. Everything was explained with great clarity. The transplant itself was almost painless and it was easy to follow the instructions as to aftercare. 7 months later I have a brilliant result. This procedure was one of the best investments I ever made and I highly recommend it to anybody who has lost confidence owing to hair loss.

Had a really great experience at The Private Clinic with Dr Hanson. He is very professional, tells you up front what's going to working & what not. And during the procedure he constantly checks in with you to make sure you're okay and the result is what you want. Overall, I am impressed with the result and would definitely recommend him. He's got a good eye for aesthetics and great knowledge of products, techniques etc.
