The actual treatment for surface veins in my legs was comfortable but unfortunately not successful. A second treatment was also assessed as not successful. The outcome was a disappointment for me personally but I understand varying outcomes are to be expected for different individuals. Laser treatment has been recommended if I want to see an improvement.

Had my first appointment which was good I booked the whole year to be ready for my wedding on New Year’s Eve , my second appointment was cancelled as Mel had an eye infection and that was it she couldn’t fit me back in anywhere. Was offered another appointment 6 weeks later which would of made all my other appointments out of wrong for my big day also I myself was fully booked with my clients then , Whilst I understand that you can’t help being I’ll as I too work in the service industry but I tend to bend over backwards for clients that I cancel but in this case there was no bending . I even recommended a friend who also went to Mel . Just feel very let down with the poor service received and have since gone elsewhere.

PRIVATE CLINIC - HARLEY STREET. Where do I begin… the most amazing experiance from start to finish. The booking process for the consultation was smooth and easy, from my telephone consultation to my face2face was 10 days. Dr Bianchi & Luca are amazing! The most friendliest and worthwhile surgeons I have had the pleasure of meeting. They can’t do enough for you. Operation - the operation was so smooth, I have now had both feet completed with my first operation in august and second one in November. The operation experiance was nothing I have experianced before and I was so nervous. After arriving at the hospital on the day the care from the nurses and assistants is impeccable. They go above and beyond. Dr Bianchi and Luca will visit you and make you aware of everything going on and make you have a giggle to calm your nerves (like I had). You will have a nerve block (sounds scary but not in the slightest) and then you will be take to theatre awake. The operation is around 7 minutes but it goes so fast because your constantly talking and having a laugh. No pain whatsoever and no discomfort. Straight after the op - you walk directly after and there is no pain (feels like pins and needles for around 12 hours, pretty funny feeling). Walking is like normal just a little awkward with the boot but nothing which will change your day2day normal activities (unless your a runner of course). 30 mins after you are in your room you are being escorted out (still walking) to your chaperone and that’s it, all done and dusted. Private clinic experiance - the staff are incredible. Alicia the manager, what can I say apart from this lady is amazing! The reception staff run around for you from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. They really are a credit to the private clinic franchise. I wish I had a third foot purely to go and have a catch up with the staff because they do care about you as an individual and not just another customer to them. Thankyou for really changing my life because without you I would still be living in UGG boots (that’s great in the winter but not so much in the summer) If your hesitating booking your consultation then you don’t need to think about it, just book it because you really will regret waiting. Thank you for everything and special thanks to my amazing and outstanding surgeon Dr Bianchi and his just as amazing colleague Luca. If you don’t know these two men then get to know them they are amazing at what they do. YOU ARE THE BEST! See you in January for my final appointment before I am not your patient anymore, already debating how I can find a third foot to still be your patient gentleman, Thankyouuu again you really have changed my life with this operation. It may seem small to everyone but to me it means the world.

A few months on from booking my course of Coolsculpting at the Manchester clinic and I am very happy to say I’m delighted with the results. I had several areas done, upper and lower abdomen, flanks, upper arms , bra section on underarm and chin, the results are starting to show now and I’m very pleased. I’m a size 12 so it was mainly to work on stubborn areas that were hard to tone, especially the chin area. Any tips I would give is book this with a timescale in mind, I had around 2 weeks between each session and this gave time for any bruising, which I bruise exceptionally easily to subside, also allow that you will possibly swell in those areas with the suction and the freezing so definitely not plan to pop off on holiday a week or so after, wearing leggings helped and loose clothing and I kept walking, drank plenty of fluids and I used an arnica cream on any bruises. It’s something you need to be patient with, so bear with just after, it does not stop you working or going out etc at all, I just wore looser clothes but it never hindered me. I’m now back in my jeans and clothes that didn’t fit before and I look flatter and leaner. The after treatment massage is essential, it really helps so this was really the only slight discomfort. Amanda my clinician is amazing, she’s very professional and thoughtful, they wrapped you up, got you warm and comfortable, checked on you and give amazing customer service. 100% recommended and grateful thanks to Amanda and Alex at the Manchester clinic for having a fantastic approach to customer service, lovely, friendly and knowledgeable and I ve even booked more treatments of EPL with them as it’s a joy to go there.

Keloid removal surgery- Dr Mark Lloyd I can not recommend Dr Lloyd enough. He was friendly, honest and welcoming. After thorough research showed he was the best, from experience I can now safely say he is. The only reason I remove one star is due to some of the staff being unorganised. When booking the appointment, the nurse provided me with the wrong costing of the procedure and I had to query multiple times. In addition, I have had to contact them a number of times to book the follow up appointments in, rather than them contacting me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Lloyd.

My procedure was carried out by Mr Mark Lloyd and I am very happy with the results. He was polite and reassuring, as were the nurses and members of staff at reception.

A very positive experience all round. Mr Mark Loyd couldn’t do enough for me and I’m very pleased with the outcome of my procedure - repair of split ear lobe. The medical and reception staff are also very professional but very friendly.

I would highly recommend laser hair removal with Amanda, she is a highly qualified and skilled therapist with a lovely personality. I had a bad experience with another clinic, got burns from laser hair removal as my skin is very sensitive and discoloured in some areas. However, Amanda was very welcoming, listened to me and helped me to get a full understanding of the procedure and explained types of laser that suit my skin type and tone. I've had 6 full body sessions with her and am happy with the results so far.
