I had 3 rounds of pearl laser fusion completed on my face. After suffering from severe acnee scars, I can say that this treatment has really made a difference in my life! I recommend The Private Clinic and Marie Narsoomamode with all my heart!

I had three pearl laser treatments on my face for acne scarring. Marie is a brilliant practitioner. She explains everything in detail and is very experienced. She makes sure numbing cream is applied first to make sure the laser treatment is not painful. Afterwards she applies more cream and explains in detail of the aftercare. It took approximately 2 days before it started to peel and it will feel tight and be red for a few days but after 10 days your skin looks brand new and all the peeling in gone. Depending on the severity of scarring, you might have to have more than one treatment. I would highly recommend Private clinic for any treatment.

Treatments are great, the service is excellent. The staff are amazing professionals who give you an individual experience.

Vicki did a great job on removing some skin tags for me. She explained everything before commencing, and was very professional, but friendly. I’m really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend her to others.

Had a consultation for a FUE transplant - cost £100; drove an hour each way to Northampton. The discussion with the surgeon lasted less than 5 minutes, the quotation then of £5,000 was made up on the spot - Looked like code written on the piece of paper & passed to the adminstrator. Had a 2nd quotation from another provider - when attempted to negotiate the price was given the run around & went silent. A complete waste of time and money.

I had my split earlobe repaired at this clinic and was so impressed from the 1st appointment to the surgery. I thoroughly recommend Mr Mark Lloyd who repaired my earlobe very professional and polite. No problems after repair and earlobe healed nicely. Very happy with the clinic staff too all very professional.

Dr Hao Hanson is absolutely amazing. I saw him for skin advice and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. I asked about different products & treatments and how they worked in relation to my own personal needs and health. I came away informed and reassured that whatever choices I made for my skin would be the best for my personal situation, I did have a facial which was amazing and made me look rejuvenated and fresher. Professional , knowledgeable, extremely polite and helpful and I am going to go back for Ultratherapy to boost collagen production as he was able to help me to understand exactly what my skin needed. Thank you so much Dr Hanson. Reception staff are also amazing. I love this clinic and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They really are the best.

I couldn't be happier with the service, communication and results throughout my breast Augmentation journey. Both the Birmingham clinic and London hospital staff were absolutely incredible but a special thank you to Wanda, Lucy and my surgeon Kenneth, for making my journey that bit less stressful. I've been fortunate to stay fit and strong to the age of sixty three, yet despite a clean diet and regular workouts I've had for years a little fat on my hips and lower back that just wouldn't go, liposuction seemed the surest way to deal with this, but who to trust? Following a comprehensive investigation The Private clinic came out top of the list, their revues and general pedigree gave me the confidence to go ahead. My consultation with Mr Philip Lim at the Private clinics Leeds branch was quite a surprise, (in the best way) it began with a very full exchange of information, checks, measurements, and taking of photographs, none of this was rushed and was entirely confidence inspiring, the unexpected aspect being the very genuine care and interest Mr Lim took in my general health and lifestyle, Mr Lim follows an holistic approach to helping and coaching many individuals both in his work and free time, his expertise not confined to medical conditions but the entire world of health, fitness and lifestyle, he gave quite a chunk of his time to me, clearly enjoying his mentoring role. My appointment was booked for 20/08/21, this was supported by excellent email and telephone communications, the surgery went ahead without drama, I chose to have only local anaesthetic which turned out to be fine, there was a little discomfort but my main memory of the procedure was of listening to my choice of music (the opera "Carmen") and just chatting with Mr Lim and staff, now eight weeks later I'm just thrilled that I have the shape I wanted... confidence restored! Good as Mr Lim is he can't have all the credit to himself, a lovely aspect of all my dealings with The Private clinic has been the support of all the staff, from the first enquiry right through to the excellent aftercare I felt everyone was willing me on to success, my thanks extending to... and in no special order > Louisa, Helen, Jasmin, Gabby, and Danni. I had surgery this year to repair a spilt ear lobe with the Northampton clinic. It was something that I was extremely embarrassed about and that knocked my self confidence. From consultation to having the operation and aftercare I could not fault anything. The whole team were so kind and so welcoming and I felt at such ease throughout the whole experience. I cannot Thankyou enough to all of the team at Northampton including the receptionists, Dr Michael Mouzakis, and his assistant Bruno. I finally have my confidence back and not afraid to wear my hair up! So happy x

Dear Louise, I too am saddened by the words I felt I had to use to describe the work of Dr Mark Lloyd and the practices of the clinic. I think to describe my review as ‘defamatory’ is incredibly dismissive and inaccurate, as I struggle to understand how on reading my account anything above ‘poor’ could be used to describe my experience. Thus, I question how productive any conversation we have will be, as you seem to have failed to comprehend the physical and emotional distress this experience inflicted on me. Therefore, until you come to appreciate this please refrain from contacting me. I am well within my right to disclose my experience for others to see. The assumption that a surgeon’s otherwise “overwhelmingly positive” feedback and value to your surgical team invalidates my experience is a ridiculous and dangerous stance. However, I hope my review is understood by my intended audience which are future patients, particularly those with keloids. To reiterate, I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR MARK LLOYD.

I came to Dr Hanson for a facial treatment. I was extremely nervous. Shaking even due to past bad experiences, he was very relaxing and put me at ease straight away. He explained everything to me very clearly and I felt informed and reassured. The results of my treatment are simply amazing. I look 10 years younger and I feel so much better about my appearance. My confidence levels are so high now. I cannot recommend Dr Hanson enough. He is a highly skilled , professional who has the ability to perform procedures that restore youth not create a fake plastic look. Honestly , if you want the best. This is it !

From start to finish the service was absolutely brilliant. From reception through to consultation, from consultation through to pre-op, from pre-op through to surgery and from surgery through to sign off. *Edit* I haven’t seen any attempt of anyone contacting me.* Spent £150 on a consultation at the Leeds clinic that barely lasted 20 minutes, I felt like I was rushed in and out. I arrived early and they have you fill out a very long form that took a while to correctly fill in, and was told to hurry up. I was enquiring regarding bulging leg veins, and there was no mention of a hospital stay or going under general anaesthetic. I received the higher-than-expected quote which included general anaesthetic and a hospital stay. I queried this and no response. Waste of time and much more waste of money. This has put me off enquiring elsewhere - it took a lot of courage to make the appointment, and if early on they’re making mistakes/not responding after just a consultation, it doesn’t fill me with much confidence.

Absolutely fantastic caring experience from start of my consultation to surgery. My consultation started in Birmingham, Wanda and Lucy have been fantastic keeping me informed from day one. Mr Mark Lloyd plastic surgeon, the most professional skilled surgeon, who made me feel at ease from day one, thank you from my heart for correcting my ear birth defect at the age of 55. To all the staff in the Fitzroy hospital London who took care of me from the minute I walked through the door they are amazing. I highly recommend the private clinic.
