From beginning to end everyone I spoke to was nice and helpful. The phone system seemed like a no brainer since landlines are becoming obsolete. My situation changed and I didn’t need a landline anymore but I was impressed how the company was helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating from beginning to end. Do not believe them when they tell you that you can keep your old number. One of the reasons I decided to switch to their service was that I wouldn’t have to notify everyone about a new number. After I signed up they say they can’t transfer my number from my old provider, so now I have to decide if they are worth keeping. Response from customer service is basically too bad we just can’t do it. What other nasty surprises will I run into from them?

Well first of all in an area were cell phones do not work and other house phones have not worked this one do exactly what they said it was going to do plug it in and go so the reliability is outstanding and I can feel a lot better knowing my mom has a phone that I’ll work at her disposal thank you very much sincerely clarkkeuer

This is the third time I’ve called about the same problem, and it has not been resolved as of yet. I keep getting runaround answers to the questions. I asked no one has been able to help yet I’m starting to reconsider using your company for my mothers phone services.
