At first the international calling to Canada never worked. Other then that I was very happy with this service. Today the international calling to Canada did work great. Would like to thank Dex who keep up with his help and always followed up to my son in law John. He went above and beyond trying to help. Thanks again Dex

Great service here, where cell service doesn't work good.

The phone works well and has not been difficult to use. The only issue is the representative who stated would return call did not. When calling community phone the representative followed through on second call. I would use this service again.

Occasionally there’s a minor, temporary issue with calls going through, but overall we’ve been very happy. Customer service has been wonderful. We’re saving a lot of money compared to a regular landline. We were glad to be able to use our old phone and answering machine, and porting our old phone number was fairly quick and easy.

Recently when talking long distance, FL to DE, we lost connection 3 times during our 2 hour conversation.

The phone line is terrible. Half the time you can't hear the person on the other end of the line. Tried to contact customer service but of course I haven't heard back from them.

I am a “senior citizen” whose knowledge of and need for the IPhone is quite limited. I was enrolled in a service that was costing me three times what Community Service charges. When I have a question, I receive immediate assistance from a youngster at CommunityPhone who is sensitive to my lack of familiarity with the IPhone. I could not be more pleased with Community Phone’s service.

Enjoyed your service but I now have blue tooth hearing aids and no longer need a land line. Thanks for being there when I needed a land line. I give you 5 stars

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS SERVICE FOR ONE YEAR AND HAVE FOUND IT TO BE RELIABLE IN EVERY WAY. I HAVE ONLY HAD TO RESET THE CONVERTER ABOUT 3 TIMES, THE CALLS ARE ALWAYS CLEAR, EASY TO DIAL AND CONNECT. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IS THAT ON SOME INCOMING CALLS, THE PHONE HAS THE "WRONG NUMBER DIALED" TONE SOUNDING, WHILE THE INCOMING CALLER IS TRYING TO LEAVE A MESSAGE.

My telephone is mostly off than on...I have to reset it at least 4 times a week.I even had to pay for another box,that wasn't working,and never got a cc refund or credit..

So easy to save a lot.

Equipment arrived quickly. Set was easy. Transfer of number was longer than anticipated hence 4 instead of 5. Customer service 5. Patient and polite
