United States | 11 May 2022The phone service is constantly going out and when I try to call customer service I get a recording that they are busy with other customers and to try again later then it hangs up. We were without phone service for nearly a week. I wanted to cancel my service and send the unit back, but you can't reach anyone through customer service and you HAVE to cancel over the phone.

United States | 11 May 2022Everything is ok except when my phone line beeps and I try to click over, it doesn't click over and sometimes when the phone rings a certain amount of times once I pick up the phone clicks and I get the dial tone, at first I thought the other side hung up but after a while I think it's my phone.

United States | 11 May 2022I had purchased this for my elderly mother, as the other company was just too unreliable and expensive. It works great! My only ask would be to enable a feature that would derail all the fraud and scam calls. Especially for elderly people.
