Community Phone has been great. I have only had one issue when the box quit working after about a year. I contacted them and they sent a new box immediately. I love that when I moved, all I had to do was unplug the box, bring it with me and plug it in at my new address and I was good to go. Simplicity and great customer service- two rare things these days!

I am so pleased with Community Phone . I had so many problems with the phone service before I switched to Community Phone. I was being ripped off and I couldn't get the problems fixed . I certainly got a bill every month but no service. Thank you community phone. I can count on you.

Before Community Phone, I had no connection with the outside world, lol. Thanks to this great service, I now have a phone that allows me to get help if I need it. I am a 60+ widow out in the country with no cell service

Nice to have live customer service with a reasonable wait time. The service rep told me to take the back of the base off to use the reset button, however, such a thing does not appear to exist and there is no way to remove the back from the base.
