As a new customer of Community Phone, there were a couple of issues that needed to be resolved in order to customize the service from Community Phone to my personal needs. Each situation was remedied with one phone call. The agents were as courteous as they were knowledgeable and capable. I am beyond happy to have made this change.

This company is bogus. Don't for one minute believe these reviews, check out other sites. They stole $600.00 from me and I never even received a phone. Give your money to them at your own risk.

Everyone who answers the phone in customer support and technical support does a great job. There were several delay issues with the phone number transfer. The original SIM card on the new receiver box had to be replaced. Promised return calls were not made. But, everything seems to be working now. It is a great service for those of us who are caregivers and for much older seniors who are not able to work with a smartphone. The rates are reasonable and I look forward to peace of mind for my Mom.

Community phone was the worst service I ever had. My died without her service ever being fixed. I just left them and I can't get my refund back from them because they want resend it to a working card. Their service is the worst. Anyone I talk to I will tell them to steer clear of community phone service. Its horrible.

Very efficient. No problems. Customer Service and Billing phone numbers available for my land line use. Emails to alert billing. No problems for the year + I used Community Phone. My daughter is now also using C. Phone. Thank you.

Problems with service. When we committed to your service we were told we were in your service area. This is for a 96 year old so it must be reliable. So far it hasn’t proven to be.
