Each situation was remedied with one phone call. The agents were as courteous as they were knowledgeable and capable. I am beyond happy to have made this change.

United States | 07 December 2024Everyone who answers the phone in customer support and technical support does a great job. There were several delay issues with the phone number transfer. The original SIM card on the new receiver box had to be replaced. Promised return calls were not made. But, everything seems to be working now. It is a great service for those of us who are caregivers and for much older seniors who are not able to work with a smartphone. The rates are reasonable and I look forward to peace of mind for my Mom.

I just left them and I can't get my refund back from them because they want resend it to a working card. Their service is the worst. Anyone I talk to I will tell them to steer clear of community phone service. Its horrible.
