Very easy to choose the correct size of blind for our (quite old) Velux window - excellent. Not so easy to choose the correct colour: some colours are very difficult to see on a screen (for example, a very dark blue looks similar to black) and it was difficult to be sure we were choosing the colour we wanted. This could be easily resolved by adding names alongside the colour choices (e.g. "Black", "Dark blue") to remove the doubt. Delivery was in the timescales provided.

These are wonderful blackout blinds and so easy to install. I'm not a DIY person but even I could install these blinds!

The blinds that I ordered arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date. The instructions are a bit confusing until after looking at an installation video on Facebook all becomes clear and straightforward. The product is excellent quality.

I recently purchased two Velux Anti-Heat blinds from Roofblinds for the windows in my loft conversion. The windows are East and South facing, so lots of light, and heat! So much so that I was having to close the blackout blinds on the windows during the day to try and keep the room cool. Which then meant the room was starved of daylight all summer :( These anti-heat blinds from Velux are an absolute game-changer. Very straightforward to fit (took just over half an hour to do both windows; the second one was much quicker! And, you will need a 20 Torx bit for your screwdriver) but wow, what a difference. The reduction of the heat is amazing. Much cooler, even on a super hot day, and I now have daylight! The blinds do restrict the amount of light slightly, but this is only really noticeable on cloudy days, in which case they can simply be rolled back into the window frame. I had heavy wind and rain at home one night and was worried about how the blinds would hold up, but they were fine. As said, I've previously fitted Velux black-out blinds to the windows which attach on the inside of the frame. As the anti-heat blinds essentially go on the outside, you can fit both to the same window. Excellent build quality as you would expect from Velux. Very competitive prices from Roofblinds as always. Communication re the order spot-on and the blinds arrived within a few days. Highly recommend both the product and Roofblinds. Thank you!

Twice now when I contacted Roofblinds for support for a suspected defective battery on a Velux solar window kit they have sent out an entire new kit without me even asking. Not sure what the warranty period was but one time was nearly after 2 years after ordering!

Blinds were easy to order and arrived in time. Cheaper than direct from Velux with the same choice of colours, etc.
