Used twice to buy Velux blinds. Excellent product, service and delivery.

I purchased a couple of Velux blackout roof light blinds which were installed a couple of years ago. They look great, however unfortunately one blind developed a fault and lost its tension, rendering it useless. However, I sent just one email to Roofblinds, which was answered the next day with a very kind apology and full details for a complete replacement which had already been dispatched!
