We received the replacement Velux blind but the fixing clips had not been included in the package. We contacted customer service and they arranged for the clips to be delivered the next delivery day.

Good price and genuine Velux product. Would be good to make it clear that the order is fulfilled from Hungary, not the UK despite the .co.uk website.

Quick delivery but my only criticism is that you don’t get any notifications when they will be delivered by the delivery company, so they just turn up usually when you’re not in.
