The price was very good on the site compared to competitors, however the site did not in my case have UK stock, so it shipped through France and possibly have come from further not sure took over a week to get here but less than 2 weeks.

The ordering process was straight forward on the website. The products being 2 Velux branded roof window blinds were very competitively priced and were cheaper than buying direct from Velux. The only dissappointment was with the delivery process. I was able to track my parcels across france and up to the customs border. Here the items seemed to be stuck for 4 days. Then when i checked the tracking today 13th May 2024 it said the parcels were being delivered the same day. No email to tell me this. Luckily by pure chance as i was away at work; my mother was at home and the delivery was made. I'm not saying this was roofblinds fault, but their couriers. The parcel travelled across France via GLS. This seemed ok. The problems started after Uk customs when Parcelforce took over and they failed to update the parcels whereabouts. So far i haven't even had an email saying parcels delivered even though i have them. To give everyone an idea of the delivery timescale, i placed my order on the 26th April 2024.

I was sceptical but the blinds arrived. They are good quality. We bought the solar powered velux blinds. Delivery was a bit slow but worth the wait.

I had my heart in my mouth when I realised that the product was coming from France as the last thing that was sourced there went badly wrong as it was a scam. But it arrived without a problem and on time as predicted. The product is excellent and is indeed an effective blackout blind. It was fairly easy to install with picture type instructions including the most commonly experienced mistakes. So very pleased.

Ordered 2 velux blinds. Easy to order on line. Told they would arrive 4/5 May. Arrived about a week earlier.
