The items (VELUX solar roof blinds and adaptors) arrived on time and as described. minimum additional packaging used, but the VELUX box is more than adequate to protect the product in transit. The website allowed confidence that I was ordering an item that would fit the window and it did perfectly.

Very happy with the product, but no accurate info re delivery. Luckily I was at home when the blinds arrived.

You never know what to expect when you use a new company online but I was glad I chose Roofblinds. The Velux blind was sent from France, but the tracking provided meant that I could trace its journey and it arrived quickly and safely with me.

Very easy to purchase and actually quite easy to fix in the end. The website says you need mounting brackets but don't order separately as they come with the blind!

I was looking for a replacement Velux window blind and upon searching online came across Roofblinds who were best value for money. The product comes from Germany directly and I was super impressed with the tracking and effortless transaction. I would would recommend and buy again if needed.

Delivery was on time. The product sizing and colour choice were made easy. The website works well and fitting was easy once I worked out the picture instructions. my only comment is whilst the pictures are OK some written words would have made things that little bit easier.

Good price, delivered on time and a quality product

Providing fitting instructions which state that no drill is required is incorrect as the window frame needs small drill holes to start the screws. The 'No Words' instructions are vague but typical of products supplied to a multitude of countries these days. Not an easy installation for anybody with limited DIY skills.
