United States | 26 November 2023I purchased a XS Power d3400 battery which was $300 instead of the normal $400 due to it being an open box item. After receiving it, then installing it, within 3 days it would not charge above 12.8, eventually dropping out to 9.6V(battery had a dead cell). So after reaching out to customer service, the agreement made was I could just purchase a brand new one (over $400), then once they received the bad battery, they'd refund me the $300 n change. After they received it, 2 weeks later they refunded me $225, charging me a 25% restock few!! For one, I shouldn't have been charged for a defective product y'all sent me!! Secondly, someone else is going to get the shaft on this same battery since y'all are restocking a defective product again!!

They will replace it if need be. They were great to work with. Very responsive. The unit is fantastic. Makes driving fun again. Just don't ant to have to set it up over and over.
