United States | 09 January 2025A 900 dollar mxa46sb28 soundbar for around 400 shipped is a hell of a deal. It sounds amazing with 4 6.5 inch speakers and 4 tweeters. The memphis app wouldn't download, it said basically my phone was to new to run the app which adjust equalizer an rgb lights. So I downloaded "max eq" an wow I couldn't believe the sound that came out of it adjusted but app does have annoying adds. Wish memphis would update their app though

Paid for return shipping and was charged 25% for "Non-refundable Shipping" despite free shipping during purchase and paying out of pocket for return. These guys are scammers who do not deserve your business. Additionally had to call multiple times for refund status (3+ weeks) to get refund. Nick, Maria Fatima, Manny and John Benedict Rivera are extremely useless. Also, not sure how they are getting around not charging taxes despite their location on California. Buyer beware.

I’ve been recommending them to my friends since. I had one back order item but otherwise everything arrived as promised and they provided the tracking info. If I needed more equipment I’d use them again.
