United States | 27 September 2023I am not a fan of your return/exchange policy. But more importantly if there are issues with the product not working the customer should not have to pay shipping, BOTH ways for a repair that is under warranty. Customer service responses take DAYS!!

I received everything as promised.After I week of use the amplifier stopped working they arranged the shipping to get sent back for inspection and kept me updated and worked diligently to get it replaced and sent me a different amplifier of my choosing.
