Product is great but it was wrong one and did not fit, called and they said I installed wrong...lol. square peg in round hole, so now waiting to return and have to pay shipping now even though want my fault. This thing weighs about 80lbs or more. Hope they make it right

Returned a faulty item that did not work properly. A week after they received my return and I asked for my refund, they are claiming items are missing from package that were there. Last and final purchase from them.

Third time I've told this. I received two power bass 8 inch dual voice coil subs. One was damaged when I received it. Sent both back. Their tech guy said I damaged the sub. Not so. I never used it. It didn't work. Sent both subs back to onlinecarstereo. They also said I sent a different sub back too. Said serial number didn't match what they sent me. ( Not my fault) I sent back what was sent to me originally. So......they would not refund or replace the subs. So I paid to get the same two back. Onlinecarstereo blamed me for the damage and wrong serial number. .....if they can live with it. I can live without it. So I lost about two hundred bucks......when I received the two subs back I disassembled the bad speaker. The problem was the voice coil wire was broke. The wire is about .015 thick. I'm not sure how it was broken. But not by me. I never used it. So onlinecarstereo is wrong. None of the issues with either sub was my doing. So that's why I give one star. Should be no star. Again..... didn't appreciate being blamed for the whole issue when I'm innocent. Stephen Roberson. From north Carolina 27889 Ok....I reached out to onlinecarstereo.
