United States | 16 August 2023I had to return a defective receiver at my own expense (which I knew was my responsibility), but then had to pay the shipping charge to send a replacement to me, which is not stated anywhere on the paperwork or website. I retuned the product mid February but heard nothing back from Online CarStereo until I reached out to them multiple times in mid March. Finally got the replacement which works, but still not properly. Will have a hard time using Online CarStereo again
