Nicaragua | 09 July 2024Fuyez cette assurance, elle promet être une excellente assurance vendant un serive de qualité et en fait il en est rien... 1/ 1 mois minimum pour traiter les demandes de remboursement de soin médical. 2/ ils trouvent toujours une excuse malgré toutes les pièces fournies (facture medecin facture pharmacie). Il souhaite par exemple 1 mois après un certificat médical justifiant la pathologie : je parle d une otite rien de délirant et 1 mois après comment peux tu obtenir cela quand tu as changer de pays. Même la CPAM ne demande ps.cela 3/ Aucun moyen de communication hormis leur application qui refuse le remboursement mais sans message ...tu dois te connecter pour voir quant ils ont traité...ensuite il donne une adresse mail mais personne ne répond, elle ne sert a rien. Et pire il donne un numéro de tél francais : mais comment appeler du bout du monde sans payer une fortune ?? Connaisse pas whatapss ou Skype... Sérieusement je paie 435 euros par mois et ils ne remboursent pas les soins malgré factures transmises Contrat à dénoncer...grosse perte de temps et d argent FUYEZ S il lisent le.message , qu ils traitent mes différentes demandes, répondent aux messages Numéro de client : C105135199
