My claims have always been processed and reimbursed quickly by April, and I almost never had an issue with the insurer. Yesterday I had some trouble with a new claim and needed help. I sent an email yesterday past midnight and Chompoonud has replied this morning! Thank you Chompoonud. I called in for further clarification and Jasmine was so patient with me even though I had numerous questions. With Jasmine's help, I spoke to the clinic and resolved the problem. Thank you!

Customer service support is very good and very efficient. They helped me with the log in into Easy Claim App.

The Easy Claim App deserves its name. It is really easy, intuitive to use and always works. I also like that with April international, there is customer support either by email or by phone, usually available or responds within a few days. They are also open to reviewing concerns a second time and deciding differently than the first time.

Since my first communication with Mr. Rey, my experience has been consistently great. I received replies to my requests for the schedules of my visit to my doctors and upcoming surgery on the same day. Such requests were attended to by Bangkok Hospital promptly. For this, I am quite grateful. This is the kind of service that APRIL International clients deserve.
