Sinon dans l’ensemble la tendance est bonne. Le suivi expat me semble particulièrement plus réactif que d’autres services. South Africa | 26 October 2022I submitted a claim over a month ago,I keep on making follow ups by sending emails and even tried to call to no avail. I was told there's a backlog and my claim will be prioritized and suprise suprise!!! still waiting. The website claims to process claims within a short period well, that was my experience. They take forever to answer emails and when they do they are not addressing your concerns. I'm really disappointed with the service I received from this company. Reimbursement (ID 5366312661) 8 November 2022 It’s been over ten days since my last review and still no reimbursement. After publicly committing to attend to my claim. I honestly regret joining this company. This is really sad.
