Great App and very easy to use. I have had to claim a few times on some medical expenses, and I have loved how easy it has been. I have filled in the information, taken pictures of the invoices, and just uploaded it. Then payment has been received. The app makes it so easy to use with no hassle.

A great experience and value. Claims are easily submitted by app/portal and are generally smooth - while this can feel mechanical at times, this is the price of automation. But you can always reach a human being to discuss if needed.
