Je me suis retrouvé avec une urgence dentaire au Chili qui a nécessité de quitter mon lieu de vacances et de me rendre aux urgences de la capitale sous les indications d'un conseiller April. Tout ça pour ne pas me faire rembourser ces frais médicaux (effectué dans une clinique privée) sous prétexte qu'il ne pouvait pas justifier "l'urgence" de ma situation étant donné qu'aucuns soins ne m'ont été apportés (mais une consolation et radios ont été effectué) De plus, temps de réponse extrêmement long pour traiter ma demande (1 mois).

Client depuis 6 ans, dégratation très visible du service, réponse lente et remboursement qui n'arrive pas. Aucunes notifications lors de l'échec des remboursement, il n'y a plus d'argent, cela ce sent !

I recently had to enter hospital in Hong Kong for a heart bypass operation. Prior to that April referred me to a consultant for a 2nd opinion to ensure that the Bypass was the correct treatment. I was impressed with Aprils thoroughness and support during the journey. I particularly like their online claim application, easy to use and efficient.

Seit 5 Monaten Vers. Bin in Spanien und benötige ein einfaches SD Rezept. Nach 4 Wochen und etlichen EMails plus Telefonate habe ich immernoch kein! Rezept für meine Schilddrüsenmedikamente!!! Sonderkündigungsrecht, solch eine Versicherung braucht keiner.

We have only been with April about 10 months, but in that time, all claims have been timeously and expertly dealt with. Particularly these last two claims we submitted for the extraction of both our daughters’ wisdom teeth. Both claims were approved in less than an hour after submitted and paid in a matter of days. Thank you particularly to Donatella and her team who have been awesome.

I have taken out international health insurance with April. I was already living in Dubai at the time. The premium was transferred from Germany on a temporary basis. Now I wanted to change the account details to Dubai because we are closing the accounts in Germany. Our account in Dubai has a Sepa number and is kept in euros. But unfortunately, April does not accept accounts in the UAE, nor does it accept credit cards. It can't really be that an international health insurance company only accepts an EU sepa account. Je crois que globalement c'est une très bonne assurance. Cependant, c'est pas pratique de ne pas pouvoir corriger ou éliminer une solicitude qui a une erreur. Je trouve que ça fait perdre du temps de deux cotés.
