Really Happy from start to finish. Tom was a great salesman I chose over two other firms. Tom was able to arrange for my boiler to be installed the week after which was blessing as the weather has recently turned cold. Jason and Jack turned up bright and early and got stuck into the job. They protected my stairs and landing carpets and put dust sheets down where they were working. They were very polite and kept me informed about water being turned off/on. They were very professional and kept everything and everywhere clean and tidy. Jason and Jack are a real credit to your firm. Can’t thank them enough.

Will and mate came on time, they got on with the job. We had hardly any contact with them. They took all the old boiler, fittings and packaging away with them, left no mess what so ever. We were kept informed of proceedings to fit our new boiler at all points of contact. The two guys doing the fitting, Jason and Jack, we’re great workers, hardly taking time to stop even when I offered them drinks. They put floor coverings down to protect our floors from the wet out side weather while they were tooing and frowing to their van. When the installation was complete they gave me a thorough briefing on how to operate the new boiler and the new controls, and also cleaned all areas where they had worked. At all times they were polite and professional. I was impressed with the companies professionalism and the wearing of company uniforms, even Tom who came to our home to give us the quote was in uniform. The deal for future servicing was suitable to our needs so we have also moved to Blue Flame as our prime contractor for future work. Well done everybody including the polite request from the office when payment was due. Thank you. So professional from start to finish, from initial visit to quote, booking an install date & actually fitting the appliance couldn’t fault the work carried out. Will the engineer & his colleague were very polite & professional & after installing made sure all rubbish was removed & did a thorough clean after them leaving no trace of actually being there. Very pleased with the work carried out by Aiden and Simon today. Arrived on time and got the work done in one day rather than the two days expected. Everything was done to a very high standard and the time they took to explain everything clearly to my mum was very much appreciated, also left the place tidier then when they started. ☺️ Lovely, friendly and very helpful guys. The representative from blue flame who came to our home said they will do the boiler swap and hang 5 radiators in two days. So I booked two days off. We were told two teams of heating engineers would arrive on day one to do the rip out of the old system and installation of the new gas boiler. On day two it would be just one team, commissioning of the new gas boiler. In reality what happened was, one team turned up lovely guys Jasón a qualified heating engineer and an apprentice called Jack. So the work took three days, it would have gone into four days if I hadn’t have fitted three of the new radiators myself the weekend before this saving them time! Jason was under a lot of pressure to achieve the time scale. So he’s rushing all the time you can’t rush when working with gas! I speak from experience as I’m a gas engineer myself. The boiler was working when I got home on day three but installing the hive hub and thermostat and receiver was a real game plus the app and trying to pair them all it took me on and off a day and a half ! So basically all the details of the installation time scale and teams that would be on the job didn’t happen! If the two teams had turned up as promised it wouldn’t have been so stressful for me and the one team they sent No extra work was added to the job on the two days, the extra work hanging radiators was already agreed with your rep. As stated earlier I hung all but one of them anyway. If you place an order with blue flame make sure the office knows what the rep has quoted as there seems to be no communication between the two!!!!

Friendly and reliable. The day of my boiler being fitted went very smoothly. The guys that fitted the boiler were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving. All rubbish was removed. I would highly recommend blueflame

Tom came to quote and was extremely knowledgeable about what equipment would be most suitable for our property. He was very thorough, and gave us a very competitive price and the fact they were a local company was a bonus. The installation team were prompt on arrival Clean, tidy and efficient workers and respected our home throughout the job which wasn’t the easiest, however the team stuck to the planned schedule and the job was completed to the timescale Tom had stated. Fantastic job, great company and we would highly recommend Blue Flame to anyone. Finally summer arrived so we are now enjoying their hard work!

My home AirCon system was installed by Tom & Mark themselves (!) who are very efficient & hardworking. They are also friendly & a pleasure to be around. Tom explained everything in easy to understand terms. The units were sited a little unconventionally, at my request due to lack of space. It meant extra work but nothing was too much trouble for them. I will be recommending Blue Flame to family & friends.
