I'm so glad I found Habito, first class professional service, answered all of my questions, reassured me of my concerns, and helped to reduce my stress! I feel totally relieved knowing they're dealing with my mortgage, it's one less thing to worry about! I was initially sceptical about using online chat, but it works really well and you are linked to your advisor through the chat for the duration of the process so you can ask them a question at any time, or let them know something you've forgotten to tell them. Easy, friendly service. Fast responses and available pretty long hours which is helpful. It can feel very rail-roaded, there's clearly a recommendation and it's expected you go for that and that's what the system pushes you towards. A better rate was released between my initial enquiry and when all my documents were submitted and they just said "you're going for this one now" That was great for me as it was just a re-mortgage and I wanted it to be easy more than anything else but might be more of a problem for someone who wants to feel a bit more involved

I loved how easy this whole process was. First time buyer going into a somewhat complex shared ownership situation and I was a bit intimidated by the whole mortgage process, Sameer and Patricia made the advice and processing stage extremely easy with very clear advice on what options I have and what to take. I got an offer for a 5 year fix at a great rate and would have had no idea how to find it by myself, definitely recommended.
