You chat online at your convenience, get all options explored and get the best rate with transparent information, quickly and efficiently. highly recommended.

Can't believe how fast and easy re-mortaging was. Raj from the Habito team reviewed 30 different rates/products, based on my preferences made super clear recommendations and then went back to my existing provider and secured a better deal. So impressed. Not to set expectations but Jay would also get back to me super quickly, including early mornings and later evenings.

Mortgage expert was of great help and made the process easy and smooth. I would highly recommend Habito. Edit: I spoke too early. Mortgage process ended up being restarted because mortgage expert had not listened and taken into account information I had mentioned about the house being bought on a scheme. Which means we had to change lender and had wasted time with conveyancer and mortgage deed for first initial lender. Communication after this was quite good but just feel time had been wasted if only there was due diligence from the start to ensure the first lender was suitable.

Such a great personal service for when I staircased my shared ownership flat. Messages were responded to quickly and thoroughly, and I received great help and insights with solicitor issues. Love the messaging system, feels responsive and quick, with email copies for paper trail. I will always use Habito if I were to move home. Fully recommend them. Transparency. Clear website. Journey tracker. Buying a home is a big and scary step. Habito definitely make it a lot easier.
