HABITO helped me from the get go Rosie Fish and all her team involved in my case done a great job and now we have our full mortgage offer. We were really worried about how much our monthly repayments would increase by, but Habito helped us to secure a rate with the same lender that is only £200 more expensive than our current rate which (given the current state of the economy) feels pretty good!

Process is simple, or as simple as all the paperwork for a mortgage allow it to be. Everything being done online makes providing everything quick and easy and the representatives are always helpful in explaining options and steps.

The only time we were left without any response is when selecting our mortgage, George who was dealing with us during that time was transitioning to another team. He told us he had submitted our docs to the mortgage lender which wasn’t the case (caused a week delay) but a part from that Matthew and Joe were very helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend Habito.

Portal is easy to use and upload documents and all staff are good a responding in the chat. I would recommend 100%

United Kingdom | 07 January 2025I used to have good experience with this company when started out, somewhere down the line, something has happened. The UI was the best part, now this is the pain. The chat window disappears on chrome for no reason, I had to use Firefox to just use the chat window. The ID verification tool that they use don't accept scanned PDFs or the scanned JPEGs. We will have to take a photo only on phone(This is to be verified, probably this wont work too.) We need good software engineers and good mortgage advisors to make it bring back its old glory.
