I've used Habito for both my first time getting a mortgage and now for remortgaging. Both times have been so smooth and easy. The website is really well designed to be as easy as possibly for going through the process (applications, uploading documents, seeing the status, ...). A really nice touch was that both times I've been helped by the same advisor, Sameer who's been fantastic to work with; taking the time to clear up the process to me by answering questions and progressing the applications as fast as possible with great communication.

We had a great experience with Habito- with a special shout out to Pietro and Dan! They made the house buying process so simple and explained everything clearly at each stage. Any questions at any time were always answered. Just as a point for improvement - we did find the communication with the solicitors a little slower but it didn't take away from the overall great experience. Plus comes with Habito Conveyacing and Level 2 survey - perhaps a bit more costly than the cheapest conveyancing packages on offer but having it all under one roof made things simpler. Fast turnaround, good advice, and good mortgage deal sorted out. The best deal turned out to be with my existing lender - but 0.13% less than the lender was quoting me directly to renew/remortgage! Good questions to check the product was right too, which for people less certain about what they want would hopefully help them get the right products!
